Broward County provides the closest cultural approximation to the Northeast in Florida.
Nearly 2 million people, of which, last I checked some 5 years ago or so, 60+% were of Tri-State (New York, Jersey, Connecticut) extraction. It contains the cultural diversity that many "southern" areas/states don't; our large, integrated international community makes an indelible mark on the area. Miramar, in southern Broward, is rated as on of the top 100 cities to live in as ranked by Forbes...it is also...
If I'm not mistaken, a C-802 is a modern Silkworm surface-to-sea/surface-to-surface missle (developed and manufactured by China) capable of extremely low altitude flight, attacking a ship at the waterline. Not only is it a very capable, modern missle; it requires (IIRC) a proper launch platform and radar guidance to direct it to its target. I'll go out on a limb and say that I doubt Israel knew, or knows, the extent of Hezbollah's arsenal.
...if you sawed it off the stock, I could see where you're coming from...I'de have to take it down from the attic and have another look, however. The lever is not curved as in that image, however; it is, more or less, a rectangular oval (does that make any sense?) that pretty much rests against the stock. It has a kinda sorta safety; the lever must be pressed against the stock to prime the firing pin.
ASide from the lever, however, it looks more or less like your pic...it could be...technical...
It's either real grease or my grease.
Am I missing out on something here?
Oh, BTW, Vasaline lasts a DAMN long time.
Yes, this question might seem a bit strange...
Short history...a grandfather of mine passed away; amongst other things, he passed a few rifles on to me.
One I know is an old bolt-action magazine fed Remington bolt action .233.
The other I'm not sure about.
It's a circa 1973-74 lever action center fire tube fed rifle (4 in the tube, 1 in the breach, if my memory serves me).
It came in a cardboard box which has Marlin prominently written on it; however, the barrel has Winchester stamped on it....
OTOH, no amount of petroleum jelly can grease my Cairn to that point. ;(
(FYI, I'll be a self-made donor (thanks, underpants, for the memories...) on the morrow. So you have to type :P

so far...lemmee think here for a minute...that's 1,0,0,0.
In binary code that's...who am I kidding, Virtual Boy forced me to drop out of college before I completed my CS degree.
when it can be distributed amongst millions of people with a single click (usually 2 clicks, but I digress...).
I know it's on my hard drive.
Is it on...YOU'RS?
(ps...since when has amongst not been a proper English word? Damn crazy spellchecker...it knows Kyrgyzstan but not Broward County, Florida)
That is my opinion. His IM name is public domain; if he has a problem with that, he shouldn't use instant messaging and also consider using an anonymity utility (psst...if anyone here wants a good one, google Tor...partially developed by DARPA, now open source and recommended by EFF ((Electronic Frontier Foundation)).
Email? Is it public? Probably...your call, though I wouldn't. Stay outta the mud I say, you don't know who else is wallowing in it.
Name? No.
Cell #? Hell no. How would y...
Apparently I am more familiar with my malt liquor than with Middle English.
