This is the most preposterous and outrageous bill ever to be considered by congress. It must be defeated or we will no longer be a free country.

Please forward this to everyone in your address book, including those whom you know to be O'Bama supporters.

It has just been announced that the House will vote on this bill on Friday, July 31, 2009.

Also, please contact your representives and senators, even though you know that they will vote against this bill. The more vocal America can be, the better chance for defeat.

Contact your Representatives and let them know how you feel about this. We, as a country, cannot afford another 1000 page bill to go through congress without being read. Another 500 pages to go. I have highlighted a few of the items that are down right unconstitutional.

• Page 22: Mandates audits of all employers that self-insure!
• Page 29: Admission: your health care will be rationed!
• Page 30: A government committee will decide what treatments and benefits you get (and, unlike an insurer, there will be no appeals process)
• Page 42: The "Health Choices Commissioner" will decide health benefits for you. You will have no choice. None.
• Page 50: All non-US citizens, illegal or no t, will be provided with free healthcare services.
• Page 58: Every person will be issued a National ID Healthcard.
• Page 59: The federal government will have direct, real-time access to all individual bank accounts for20electronic funds transfer.
• Page 65: Taxpayers will subsidize all union retiree and community organizer health plans (read: SEIU, UAW and ACORN)
• Page 72: All private healthcare plans must conform to government rules to participate in a Healthcare Exchange.
• Page 84: All private healthcare plans must participate in the Healthcare Exchange (i.e., total government control of private plans)
• Page 91: Government mandates linguistic infrastructure for services; translation: illegal aliens
• Page 95: The Government will pay ACORN and Americorps to sign up individuals for Government-run Health Care plan.
• Page 102: Those eligible for Medicaid will be automatically enrolled: you have no choice in the matter.
• Page 124: No company can sue the government for price-fixing. No "judicial review" is permitted against the government monopoly. Put simply, private insurers will be crushed.

• Page 430: Government will decide what level of treatments you may have at end-of-life.
• Page 469: Community-based Home Medical Services: more payoffs for ACORN.
• Page 472: Payments to Community-based organizations: more payoffs for ACORN.
• Page 489: G overnment will cover marriage and family therapy. Government intervenes in your marriage.
• Page 494: Government will cover mental health services: defining, creating and rationing those services

I had the following letter to the editor published on Friday 7/28:

Bush's actions defy image of a pro-life Christian

For six years now, we have heard how much of a pro-life Christian George W. Bush is. And once again, his actions have not quite matched up to his words. His response to the current Middle East crisis has lacked any kind of respect for the lives of the citizens of the two nations involved.

Every day, we read about bombings that have killed innocent citizens in both Israel and Lebanon, and the president does not believe that even a temporary cease fire is in the best interest of all in the region. As a pro-life Christian, isn't your first concern for the taking of innocent lives? As the president of the United States, he has the ear of the leader of both nations. He should broker a cease- fire first and then negotiate a settlement to the current situation. The lives of innocent men, women, and children demand it!


The very next day I received a letter in the mail from a freeper retard. This is the second time he has sent this to me in response to a letter I had written.It was two pages in length. One page consisted of a letter he received from shrub thanking him for his support during this troubling times and the second contained short blasts of rw republican talking points: an example "wiley/lewinski/broderick- clinton/most immoral administration EVER"

This is a very troubled man.
