This happened 13 years ago. I was their landlord.

Their uncle was the former chief of police.

The arresting officer was their cousin, (small town)

They harassed me endlessly.

One of them broke my nose in "multiple" places after picking me up from a lawn chair and throwing me around a bit. I filed charges but she never was indicted.

The weapon was a bottler of pepper spray for animals that contained .35% capsasin.. The arresting officer told the judge that I was carrying 35% pepper spray which was above the legal limit for capsasin. It was because of this that the charges were upped to aggravated instead of simple assault, (I believe).

All three sued me, my mother, (the owner of the apartments) and the apartment company.

I only paid $350 for my attorney because I did not think that it would go beyond municipal court.

Several years after; the woman's, (the one who broke my nose) attorney told my new stepfather who was a client also that she made a living out of suing people. I believe to this day that they purposely aggravated and scared me into spraying them with the pepper spray so they could collect on another "business insurance company"' money. I spent many nights staying at a friend's house because I was afraid to walk by their apartment on the way to my own in the night.

I could not handle going through a jury trial. I was so mentally sick I just wanted it to go away so I took the plea deal, (the dropped the 2 weapon, (pepper spray) and I plead to 3 counts of aggravated assault.

I moved to Florida right after if happened although I had to go back to NJ 3 times to face the judge. I was a mental mess and could not stop crying.

For a long time I would be afraid if I saw a police car even if it was on TV. I couldn't even watch Judge Judy. I think I had post traumatic stress disorder.

To this day I am afraid of the police.

That is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

Ghost in the machine gave me the information here. I sent the information around last night and was surprised to see it back in my mailbox this morning FROM A DISABLED VET. I was in the middle of a huge email list so this letter could go far.

This bill was passed in congress today. George Bush said he will veto it because it sets a deadline of August 2008 to get our troops out of Iraq. So all this money to help our veterans is going down the tube with it. And he says he supports the troops! OUR VETERANS NEED THIS MONEY. THEY DESERVE THE BEST CARE WHEN THEY RETURN HOME, (THE ONES THAT DO). PLEASE CALL YOUR SENATORS AND DEMAND THAT THEY PASS IT. IF THEY GET A 2/3 MAJORITY THE PRESIDENT DOES NOT HAVE THE POWER TO VETO IT.

"The $124 billion emergency war bill the committee approved on Friday contains a wide range of funding for health care programs in the Defense Department and Veterans Affairs departments. Funding for DOD health care programs covered by the bill includes:"

$450 million for post-traumatic stress disorder/counseling.
$450 million for traumatic brain injury care and research.
$730 million to prevent health care fee increases for U.S. troops.
$20 million to address the problems at Walter Reed.
$14.8 million for burn care.
The bill increased funding for the VA's health care programs by $1.7 billion, including:

$550 million to address the maintenance backlog at VA health care facilities to prevent situations similar to those at Walter Reed.
$250 million for medical administration.
$229 million for treatment of a increased pool of veterans.
$100 million to allow the VA to contract with private mental health care providers.
$62 million to speed claims processing for returning veterans.

"This is the extra money that the Dems "slipped into this bill for their pet spending projects", according to President Bush. If he vetoes this bill, this should be hung around his neck for the rest of his life."

They are all scared like little babies and I for one am getting sick of it. Trust me, if it were the other way around and bush was a democrat you can be damn sure his ass would have been to the curb a long time ago. They would all be out on the curb and probably in jail to boot.

And if this were any other Democratic type country his ass would be at the curb. The only people that put up with this travesty is US. What the Fuck is the matter with us??????

She and all of them are supposed to protect the American people. Well this administration has been hurting the American people since they stole the election in 2000. It is going to take years for this country heal. And what are they doing in the house and senate? Sitting around with their thumbs up their asses introducing stupid non-binding resolutions and other bullshit that will never pass.

Tens of thousands of Americans protested this weekend demanding impeachment. Everywhere you look people are demanding impeachment. We have threads on it every day. We have states voting for impeachment. Other countries are having war tribunals and convicting Bush and Cheney of war crimes. Germany has filed legal documents against Rumsfield, Cheney, Gonzales and Tenet for war crimes!

Doesn't that say something when OTHER COUNTRIES are trying to make our administration face charges justice and our own country does NOTHING?

What I want to know is what the Hell do we have to do to get her and the rest of the wussies in Congress and the House to start impeachment proceedings already.

I am sick of it all. I'm thinking that maybe we should start protesting our senators and congress people.

I remember bitching about this in the beginning of January and people yelled that I was not being patient enough. Well it is now March and still nothing is done.

And I think Nancy Pelosi owes this country an explanation as to why she has done NOTHING about impeaching the worst president and vice president in the history of our country.

Explain it to us Ms. Pelosi. It's the very least you could do.

OH and BTW you can't get our soldiers back from Iraq in the Senate and the House but you sure could do it if you ran these murderers out of the White House. Just start the proceedings and see how many bats come flying out of the walls and their asses. Trust me you'll have enough evidence and the American people will be grateful for it.

Ms. Pelosi and the rest of you, if you don't want to do it for us regular citizens do it for our sick and dying soldiers. It's the least you can do.
