This project will connect with the nations childrem much like the Penny raising project for the Staue Of Liberty. It's a wonderful idea that will include lessons taught about the history changing life of Martin luther King Jr.

I would hope that the all schools and commmunities would embrace this ambitious and enlightining collaboration.

Check it out and ask your childrem's teachers and administraters if they have it included in their history, social studies, or community good works acedemic schedules.

I found this site just by typing in left-wing, and realized that the crazy RW idiots are well armed with direct access to their representatives. I called the capital switchboard number on the this site and the operator assisted me in leaving "vote for reform" messages for my congress people. Fast, easy, and they have the all that corporate insurance money to persuade them that health insurance reform for all is not fair to those who have it array.

It's about time we use their lobbying tactics to bring the reality and sunshine.

Next week, Congress will begin making the actual decisions about what reforms will make it into this year's healthcare bill.

Our actions over the next few days and weeks will be critical in building the support we need to win.

Meanwhile, conservative groups have launched a new assault on inclusion of a public healthcare option like Medicare. Their million-dollar ad campaign claims that healthcare will be rationed and "bureaucrats" will "decide the treatments you receive." It's an old message that you and I know isn't true, but it will stick if we don't fight back with our message of Choice, Competition, and Comfort.*

So we're holding an emergency online briefing on Monday night with Governor Howard Dean, M.D. at 9pm Eastern to make sure we're all ready for the fight ahead. This is a joint Stand with Dr. Dean event hosted by MoveOn, one of our biggest campaign partners.

All you need to join in is a computer with speakers and an internet connection. Please join us.

Emergency Online Briefing with Dr. Dean
Monday, May 4, 9pm Eastern

Hosted on MoveOn.org's web site at:
http://www.moveon.org/drdean/?id=16038-313...

Last time Democrats tried to pass comprehensive healthcare reform, it failed. And it failed in part because the opposition was better organized and spread a bunch of lies that progressives weren't prepared to rebut.

It's up to us to make sure that doesn't happen again. We need all hands on deck, well-armed with the critical information, and motivated to keep the right from blocking real change. Dr. Dean will give us an update and inside look at the battle for real healthcare reform -- and the key actions we'll take to achieve a historic victory.

With an important Senate committee meeting on Tuesday to start shaping legislation, plus the right wing's escalating attacks, this couldn't be more urgent.

I'll be part of the emergency briefing, and I really hope you can join me at this crucial moment. Join us online Monday night at 9pm Eastern -- that's 8pm Central, 7pm Mountain, and 6pm Pacific -- this way everyone in the country can join us at the same time.

I look forward to 'seeing' you on the call,

-Arshad

harm you. He will soon be your President and he will be a great one!

You must suspend your fears and remember that in a truly Christian based country, we must show a patience and trust for someone who must handle all of our problems.

He will need all of our support and he, unlike other leaders, will ask for our solutions and listen to our ideas.

This is a new way for us. We will do it, together USA! We have shown we can rise to any challenge. We can do this together.

We can elect a great President! Now we can lead America into a better future.

When was the last time that Palin walked neighborhoods and opened herself up to individual citizens questions? How about McCain? Maybe he needs troops surrounding him with helicopters for protection?

They have no standing in this Plumber jive.

That was only a part of the chaos that is still growing.

How could anyone ever think that the US better because of anything these cons have done.

a good time in 2006 with Republican rule. http://www.legitgov.org/shortnews_0406_pag...

Just think that is only one list of insanity and Bush has not been impeached.

Chaos. Who is really in control?

worked once the untampered intelligence can be gathered and reviewed by honest brokers. BushCo has twisted the reality of the situation and corrupted our resources and severed our integrity in the world so that the development of the best plan is next to impossible from outside the White House.

Still the Democratic party has a direction that will certainly bring into line the correct treatment and support of our military. We have resources within our party and with our friends, still hopeful, that we can turn the US back to world civility. We still have the dream that justice will still shine from our shores.

Here are a few plans of ours out there.

Obama's latest: "I not only favor capping the number U.S. troops in Iraq, but believe it's imperative that we begin the phased redeployment I called for two months ago, and intend to introduce legislation that does just that."

http://www.cnn.com/2006/POLITICS/12/26/bid...

Biden said a "troop surge" will not work.
"We should be drawing down troops gradually, forcing the Iraqis to meet their own needs to end this civil war by a political agreement," Biden said Tuesday on CNN's "American Morning."

Biden has said he favors partitioning Iraq, something the Iraq Study Group and military leaders oppose.

Bush and Iraq Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki have said they agree that Iraq should not be partitioned along sectarian lines into semi-autonomous regions for the Kurds, Sunnis and Shiites.
