So if she (or her dumbass lawyer) succeeds in getting the paperwork right, whenever her name is written anywhere, will it have to look like this:

SARAH PALIN™

And will the writer of that illustrious and duly trademarked Name have to pay royalties to SARAH PALIN™?

First, nobody as evil as Cheney is going to have a deathbed conversion or confess to anything. Second, much as he might have liked to, he didn't engineer 9/11. On the contrary, I think Lawrence Wilkerson had it right: 9/11 scared the crap out of Cheney, and everything he did after that was based on fear. Wilkerson remarked once that Cheney is a "lonely, paranoid, frightened" man. Which explains a whole lot. The most evil things people do are almost always motivated by fear.
