Thanks for the challenge: DUers can judge for themselves if I have figured it out!
From Prior post "BTW, do know what "the wall" is?" Here is the complete information on the "WALL" with respect to the attacks on 9/11. On August 22, 2001 Margaret Gillespie, a FBI Agent at the CIA Bin Laden unit, finds out from the INS that both Mihdhar and Hazmi were inside of the US. She takes that information immediately to CIA officer Tom Wilshire and FBI HQ Agent Dina Corsi. Wilshire had earlier indicated in email on July 5, 2001 that al Qaeda terrorists at the Kuala Lumpur meeting were connected to the warnings the CIA had been receiving on a huge al Qaeda attack inside of the US, and on July 23, 2001 that Mihdhar in particular would be found at the location of the next big al Qaeda attack. So it was clear when he was told Mihdhar and Hazmi were inside of the US he knew immediately they were here in order to take part in this huge attack that would kill thousands of Americans On August 23, 2001 Margaret Gillespie had the Bin Laden unit issue a worldwide alert for Mihdhar and Hazmi, so the entire CIA hierarchy would have been aware that not only were Mihdhar and Hazmi inside of the US but because of Wilshire’s prior emails, plus the numerous warnings of a al Qaeda attack that the CIA had been receiving since April 2001, that they were (see Tom Wilshire's email on July 5, 2001, DOJ IG report, and his email on July 23, 2001, DE # 939) inside of the US in order to take part in yet another al Qaeda terrorist attack. At the time of the August 24, 2001 6 hour meeting with President Bush, Tenet also knew that Moussaoui had just been arrested as a possible al Qaeda terrorist getting training on a B747, and that Mihdhar and Hazmi were inside of the US in order to take part in a massive al Qaeda attack. On August 28, 2001, Corsi sent Craig Donnachie (manager at the FBI Intelligence investigation unit at the New York office), her EC to start an intelligence investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi, based mainly on the December 1999 NSA cable. This information was based on a telephone tap of a phone connected to the communications center for the al Qaeda attacks in east Africa, that indicated Mihdhar and Hazmi were al Qaeda terrorists traveling to an important al Qaeda planning meeting in Kuala Lumpur. When Donnachie got this EC on August 28, 2001 he gave it to John Liguori, his boss, who thought this EC connected Mihdhar and Hazmi to the Cole bombing and sent this cable the same day to Bongardt and his team. Bongardt immediately realized how critical it was to locate Mihdhar and Hazmi quickly before they had any chance to carry out yet another al Qaeda attack and contacted Corsi by phone to get permission to start this investigation (see DOJ IG report). But he was told by Corsi and Rod Middleton, Corsi's boss, that since the information had come from the NSA, the “WALL”, prevented him from possessing this information without written permission from the NSA, that he would have to stop any investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi and destroy the information he had from Cori’s EC on Mihdhar and Hazmi. Unfortunately we now know that Corsi had already been given written permission from the NSA to pass this NSA information to Bongardt and his team in New York, on August 27, 2001 the day before she tells him he had to stop his investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi. (See release DE #448, the NSA release in writing given to Corsi to pass this NSA information to FBI criminal investigators on the FBI Cole bombing investigation). Since Bongardt did not see any connection between this NSA information and any FISA warrant, the only real reason he could be denied this information without written permission from the NSA, he asked Corsi to get an opinion from the legal unit at FBI HQ, the NSLU to see in view of the fact that no FISA warrant had been used by the NSA to get this information, if he could take part in the investigation of search for Mihdhar and Hazmi. On August 29, 2001, Corsi told Bongardt that the NSLU attorney had ruled he and his team could not take part in any investigation for Mihdhar and Hazmi. But page 538, footnote 81 in the 9/11 Commission report says that the attorney, Sherry Sabol, told DOJ IG investigators on November 7, 2002, that she told Corsi since no FISA warrant was connected to this NSA information, Bongardt could take part in any investigation and search for Mihdhar and Hazmi. When Corsi shut down Bongardt’s investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi she also knew as she admitted to the DOJ IG investigators, that the CIA had a photograph of Walid Bin Attash taken at Kuala Lumpur, (see page 302 of the DOJ IG report) knew that this photo connected Mihdhar and Hazmi to the planning of the Cole bombing and knew that this meant there was no legitimate reason Bongardt should not have been allowed to start an investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi. In an email back to FBI Agent Steve Bongardt on August 29, 2001, Corsi stated that “if substantial evidence is developed of a federal crime”, (by Mihdhar and Hazmi), this information will be passed over the “wall”. NOTE: this literally is the smoking gun, the proof that Corsi, the CIA and the FBI HQ knew that any evidence of a crime immediately nullified the "WALL". This is this one statement that proves that FBI HQ knew they had no legal reason to sabotage Bongardt’s investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi. Corsi had already had used in her EC to start an investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi, the NSA cable that was based on the tapped phone conversation from the telephone number for the communications center for the east Africa al Qaeda bombings. This connected both Mihdhar and Hazmi not only to the al Qaeda terrorist organization, and the many crimes they had already carried out, but to the east Africa bombings that had murdered over 200 people including 12 Americans. This was clear substantial evidence of a Federal crime. She also knew that Walid Bin Attash, Khalid al-Mihdhar and Nawaf al-Hazmi had been at the Kuala Lumpur al Qaeda planning meeting actually planning the Cole bombing, yet another crime that had killed 17 US sailors. So she already had multiple examples of substantial evidence of federal crimes, information she, the FBI HQ and even the CIA had been hiding from FBI Agent Steve Bongardt and his team. (NOTE: On page 302 of the DOJ IG report, Corsi admitted that she had known from at least August 22, 2001, that the CIA had this photograph of Walid Bin Attash taken at Kuala Lumpur, knew that the CIA had been concealing this photograph from FBI Agent Steve Bongardt and his team, and even knew by continuing to conceal this photograph, that Bongardt would never have the information he needed to start any investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi.) What the “WALL”, was in effect was the caveat added to the bottom of all NSA cables, which was intended to prevent FBI criminal agents from getting NSA information that had been obtained using a FISA warrant so that they would not take this evidence intro court and have this evidence thrown out. This caveat was added to all NSA cables out of bureaucratic laziness regardless if the information in the cable had been obtained with a FISA warrant or not. Since FISA warrants were based on the "probable cause that the target of the search warrant was a terrorist or belonged to a terrorist organization", which was less strict that a criminal search warrant that was based on "probable cause that the target had committed a crime or was about to commit a crime", courts did not allow FISA information to be used in criminal trials. This caveat also said that any restriction on this information was null and void if there was evidence of an imminent terrorist attack against people or property, information on a terrorist attack both the CIA and FBI HQ possessed in August and September 2001 So the "WALL" never applied to the NSA information with respect to the 9/11 investigation. The fact that Mihdhar and Hazmi were al Qaeda terrorists, had been connected to the east Africa bombings, and the planning of the Cole bombing nullified the wall. The fact that the NSA had given written permission to Corsi on August 27, 2001 , and the fact that both the CIA and FBI HQ knew about this huge al Qaeda attack and even knew Mihdhar and Hazmi were going to take part in this attack that would kill thousands of Americans also nullified the “WALL”. But he “WALL” was used by FBI HQ and the CIA to illegally and criminally hide information from the FBI criminal investigators on the Cole bombing, out and out criminal obstruction of an ongoing FBI criminal investigation into the USS Cole bombing. The CIA did not want the fact that they had photographed Mihdhar and Hazmi with Walid Bin Attash at the Kuala Lumpur meeting, planning the Cole bombing, and just let them walk way to carry out the Cole bombing, so that this information would never get out and make the CIA look culpable in the Cole bombing. But it is almost unbelievable that when the CIA and FBI HQ found out that Mihdhar and Hazmi were inside of the US on August 22, 2001, and knew they were in the US to take part in an al Qaeda attack that would kill thousands of Americans, they continued to sabotage the FBI Cole bombing investigators by hiding this information and forcing Bongardt to destroy the information he had from Corsi's EC. The allowed the murder of 3000 Americans in order to keep themselves out of prison for criminally obstruction of the FBI Cole bombing investigation numerous times. So the "WALL" was nothing but a complete fiction as Bongardt told Corsi in email on August 29, 2001. To keep Bongardt from starting any investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi, both the CIA and FBI HQ had to hide the criminal conduct of both Mihdhar and Hazmi, which they did numerous times, criminally obstructing the FBI investigation of the Cole bombing. To hide this huge criminal conspiracy, the 9/11 Commission had to hide the name of FBI Agent Ali Soufan so that every time Soufan made an official FBI request to the CIA for the information the CIA had on any al Qaeda planning meeting in Kuala Lumpur or on Walid Bin Attash, and was told this information did not exists at the CIA, the 9/11 Commission could claim that the CIA just did not share information with other agencies. But if anyone had known about these official requests from Soufan, on at least 6 times, it was clear that the CIA and FBI HQ had been involved in out and out criminal obstruction of Soufan’s criminal investigation of the Cole bombing.

Yet, another nasty snarky "post that exhibits nothing but absolute stupidity and ignorance".
Your posts are pure mindless HORSESHIT, “ DUDE”. No wonder no one takes you seriously on this forum. But what is a real shame is that many people on this forum post here because they still do not understand why the attacks on 9/11 that had murdered almost 3000 people took place, especially when the CIA knew about Mihdhar and Hazmi for 21 months before the attacks on 9/11, and in all of that time after they became aware of Mihdhar and Hazmi they never allowed this information or the fact that Mihdhar and Hazmi had taken part in the planning of the Cole bombing to be sent to the FBI Cole bombing investigators until after the attacks on 9/11. But to you the murder of these 3000 innocent people is just one huge JOKE! You are totally pathetic. In all, of the time you have been posting to this forum, I cannot find even one post with even the slightest bit of new information or intelligent thought. Why are you even wasting your time, and everyone else’s time, when you doing nothing but exposing yourself a as a complete and utter FOOL.

Bush made sure that the 9/11 Commission was set up with 5 Republicans and 5 Democrats as 9/11 Commissioners, and made sure the rules were written so that no subpoena could be issued without the approval of at least 6 commissioners.
He also made sure that Zelicow was appointed the staff director in spite of the fact that Zelicow and Rice had not only worked together but had written a book together. It is clear Zelicow sabotage much critical information from ever reaching the 9/11 Commission.

Information available now from official US government documents makes a direct connection between "the information that existed at the CIA that a huge al Qaeda attack was just about to take place that would kill thousands of Americans, two of the al Qaeda terrorists, Mihdhar and Hazmi, who the CIA knew were inside of the US, the information that the CIA knew they were in the US to take part in this huge attack, and George Bush".
Tenet had all of this information when he flew down to Crawford for the August 24, 2001 super secret meeting with Bush. So what did Tenet tell Bush at this secret August 24, 2001 meeting in Crawford, a meeting that was so secret that Tenet would lie about this meeting at the April 14, 2001 9/11 Commission public hearings, even though both would admit years later that this meeting actually took place in their memoirs. Because Tenet was obviously aware of the fact that his own CIA had ordered the criminal obstruction and shut down of both FBI criminal and intelligence investigations of Mihdhar and Hazmi, even after Mihdhar and Hazmi were found to be inside of the US, and that both the CIA director and the CIA managers who were shutting down the FBI field investigations of Midhar and Hazmi, were also aware of the arrest of Moussaoui, prior to the August 24, 2001 meeting in Crawford, what Tenet told Bush at this meeting becomes even more significant. We don’t know what Tenet told Bush, since what was said has been very carefully kept super secret, but the fact that Tenet would out and out lie to the American public to keep this meeting secret does not bode well for the conclusion that Bush was not made aware of this horrific information. In law “concealment is considered prima fascia evidence of criminal conduct”. In this case it appears that this criminal conduct directly lead to the mass murder of almost 3000 people on 9/11. Since this information has been posted numerous times on the blog along with the backup documents taken directly from the US government reports, websites and sources, there is no reason people on the forum are not already fully aware are of all of this information.

I normally never respond to snarky obnoxious posts.
But I had already answered your question at least once so you already have an answer. Either you cannot read, or have very poor reading comprehension since your question has been already answered not only in this blog but this information is even located in my Journal. I gave the original and only copies of the affidavits to the FBI agent that interview me at the same time I took part in a sit down interview "under oath" at San Jose office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation with FBI Special Agent Vince Tagleari, on or about September 19, 2001. So these affidavits are now at the FBI. I also had volunteered to allow any or all of my employees to testify under oath at the FBI field office in San Jose. I also offered to provided testimony under oath in writing to both the Joint Inquiry Committee on the 9/11 attacks and to the 9/11 Commission. I was extensively interviewed in detail by investigators on the Joint Inquiry Committee, and by the commissioners on the 9/11 Commission, and by the FBI on at least 9 separate occasions, four of these interviews were "under oath" in multi-hour sit down interviews. The FBI said in an oral statement during the sit down interview at San Jose, FBI office, that I should not feel that I was to be blamed for the attacks on 9/11 and the Joint Inquiry Committee Inquiry said that they agreed with the FBI that I should not feel I was to be blamed for the attacks on 9/11. The FBI Agent I talked to Agent Tagleari, said the FBI would never have used my information had I come in February 2001 since I did not have the flight numbers or the names of the terrorists. I can provide the letter from the Joint Inquiry Committee on 9/11 that absolves me of blame for the attacks on 9/11. When I asked Agent Tagleari long after the attacks on 9/11, what I could have done to go to the FBI and convince them to stop this attack, he said I would have had to convince the FBI that I had more than just speculation. How in the world was I going to prove that I had more than speculation?

No you have to have purchased the book, and I would assume have read it.
Since we had a phone contestation about the book after his review, it was clear Mark H. Gaffney had not only read the book but had extensively gone through it to re-verify every detail, details which are foot noted to the exact document, the exact page numbers where this information is found in the various reports. In many cases this information is spread over several documents, it looks like intentionally to obfuscate what really had taken place prior to the attacks on 8/11 that had allowed these attacks to take place. For example: The account of FBI Agent Ali Soufan by Lawrence Wright says that Soufan had asked FBI Director Louis Freeh in November 2000, if Freeh would make an "official request" to the CIA and George Tenet for any information the CIA had on Walid Bin Attash and any meeting in Kuala Lumpur. He was told that the CIA had none of this information. But according to page 238-239 of the DOJ IG report, Freeh was given this information by the NSA in December 1999, and according to page 181 of the 9/11 Commission report, this same information was given to Freeh in January 2000 by the CIA and this information appeared in Freeh’s daily briefing papers on January 4, 2000. Notice that to put this together, since each report left out critical details of this account, you had to use at least three different documents, Lawrence Wright's account of Soufan, the DOJ IG report, and the 9/11 Commission report to get the complete account on just this one single detail on 9/11. The account of Soufan is approximately 20 pages, the 9/11 Commission report about 550 pages, and the DOJ IG report about 380 pages. But to put just one fact together you had to go through literally thousands and thousands of pages, and then build detail time lines of the information and then see which facts were consistent with the facts already established. Also notice that if you read just the 9/11 Commission report you would never know that Soufan had made this request to FBI Director Louis Freeh, and if you read just the DOJ IG report you also would never know about Soufan’s request. It was only after you combined these three reports would you start to have a even a semi-reasonably accurate account of just this one fact, the request by Soufan to Freeh in November 2000 and his out and out criminal obstruction of the FBI’s own investigation of the Cole bombing and the horrific murder of 17 US sailors. The 9/11 Commission had access to all of the interviews from the DOJ IG investigators, and it is impossible to believe that the DOJ IG investigators and DOJ Inspector General did not know who Soufan was or did not know that Soufan was the lead FBI investigator on the Cole bombing. It was this criminal obstruction of Soufan’s investigation that basically had allowed the attacks on 9/11 to take place. Why did the 9/11 Commission report or the DOJ IG report not conclude that Freeh had criminally obstructed Soufan’s investigation of the Cole bombing and it was this obstruction that allowed the attacks on 9/11 to occur. This clearly shows that in order to hide the crimes committed by Freeh, and the CIA, in just this one case, Soufan's request to Freeh had to be kept secret by the 9/11 Commission and even the DOJ Inspector General. But by covering up these crimes by the CIA and FBI Director Freeh, both the 9/11 Commission and the DOJ Inspector General had also committed serious crimes. Notice to uncover these crimes took a huge effort to put all of these reports back together and then to reconcile this information between literally thousands of pages of US official documents. The crimes of the CIA, FBI Director Louis Freeh, the 9/11 Commission and the DOJ IOG were well hidden and it took a huge effort over several years to finally uncover these crimes, crimes that had allowed almost 3000 people to be murdered on 9/11 or had covered up these very crimes.

Review on Amazon.com
5.0 out of 5 stars serious 9/11 research -- not for the faint of heart, September 25, 2010 By Mark H. Gaffney (Chiloquin, OR USA) - See all my reviews: http://www.amazon.com/gp/pdp/profile/A2EAD... This review is for: Prior Knowledge of 9/11 (Kindle Edition): http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0041VYL9... The author Robert Schopmeyer initially accepted the official 9/11 narrative. However, as he writes in his introduction, after attending open sessions of the 9/11 Commission Hearings in 2004 he became "increasingly perplexed regarding the intelligence agencies' excuses for not anticipating and preventing the events of 9/11." Thereafter, the author launched his own review of the pertinent documents. These include the 2002 Joint Inquiry Report prepared by the Joint House/Senate Intelligence Committee, the subsequent 9/11 Commission Report released in 2004, the Report by the FBI's Inspector General, various media sources, and the 2007 Report by the CIA's Inspector General. The result is an excellent analysis based on a compilation of all of these sources. The author is to be commended for digging deeper than most other researchers, including, for example, Lawrence Wright (The Looming Tower), whom he leaves in the dust. Schopmeyer shows how, time and again, the CIA withheld key evidence from the FBI, evidence which would have enabled the FBI to roll up the terrorists and prevent the 9/11 attacks. Where Wright insults our intelligence by leaving such loose threads hanging, Schopmeyer offers a rational explanation for the CIA disconnects. The author concludes that these were not just mis-steps, but a deliberate and criminal pattern of obstruction of those honest investigators who were trying to do their job and protect the nation. Schopmeyer's conclusion that the CIA (and FBI headquarters) were complicit in the 9/11 attacks is deeply disturbing. True enough. But he presents a tightly argued and persuasive case. Which he further bolsters with additional documentary evidence in the latest edition. The author encouraged me to start with chapter 19, then read Appendix B. This gives the big picture. PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF 9/11 adds yet another nail in the coffin of the official conspiracy theory. I give Schopmeyer's book my highest recommendation. Those who would prefer the hardbound edition, instead of kindle, can acquire the book at www.eventson9/11.com.

Usama Bin Laden did attack us on 9/11, but our own intelligence agencies, the CIA and FBI HQ deliberately allowed these attacks to succeed by shutting down all FBI criminal investigations, and in one case an intelligence investigation of al Qaeda terrorists found to be inside of the US after these agencies were well aware a huge al Qaeda attack was just about to take place inside of the US that would kill thousands of Americans. It is impossible to believe that they did not know that if they shut down these investigations that could have prevented the attacks on 9/11, that these attacks would succeed in killing thousands of Americans, exactly what happened.
If they were truly innocent of deliberately allowing the murder of thousands of Americans then why have they worked so hard to keep all of this information secret, including the secret meeting Bush had with Tenet on August 24, 2001, after Tenet was informed two known al Qaeda terrorists Mihdhar and Hazmi, who had already taken part in the murders of several hundred people including 17 US sailors, were inside of the US, and even knew they were here to take part in a massive al Qaeda attack that would kill thousands of Americans, and also knew Moussaoui had been arrested by the INS after they had been alerted by the FBI who thought Moussaoui was an al Qaeda terrorist who wanted flight training so he could fly a B747 into the World Trade Center Towers. This is information already in the public domain so there is no reason for Assange to repost this information on WikiLeaks, since it is no longer a national security secret. See my Journal for details on this information.

Part 3
Almost beyond belief: In an email to FBI Agent Steve Bongardt on August 29, 2001, Corsi stated that “if substantial evidence is developed of a federal crime”, (by Mihdhar and Hazmi), this information will be passed over the “wall”. But she already had used in her EC to start an investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi, the NSA cable that was based on the tapped phone conversation from the telephone number for the communications center for the east Africa al Qaeda bombings, connecting Mihdhar and Hazmi not only to the al Qaeda terrorist organization but to the east Africa bombings. This was clear "substantial evidence of a federal crime". But she also knew that Bin Attash, Mihdhar and Hazmi had been at the Kuala Lumpur al Qaeda planning meeting actually planning the Cole bombing, yet another crime that had killed 17 US sailors. So she already had "substantial evidence of several federal crimes", information she, the FBI HQ and even the CIA had been hiding from FBI Agent Steve Bongardt and his team. On August 30, 2001 Middleton was given by the CIA the actual photo of Walid Bin Attash taken at Kuala Lumpur. In spite of being on the phone with Corsi on August 28, 2001 shutting down FBI Agent Steve Bongardt's investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi, he now had photographic proof that Mihdhar and Hazmi had been at the Kuala Lumpur al Qaeda planning meeting planning the Cole bombing with the master mind of this bombing, Walid Bin Attash. On September 5, 2001 FBI Agent Robert Fuller, a New York FBI agent who had been given the responsibility for the intelligence investigation of Midhar and Hazmi but who had never done an intelligence investigation before, called Corsi and said he had gotten nowhere with his search in the FBI data base for Mihdhar and Hazmi, and requested permission to contact Saudi Arabian airlines in order to get Mihdhar’s passport number, FBI HQ knew that Mihdhar had flown back to the US on July 4, 2001 on Saudi Arabian Airlines. She refused to give him permission to get this passport number from Saudi Arabian Airlines, and Fuller’s investigation failed, when he could go no further in his search for Mihdhar and Hazmi. Since Corsi was working under the control of CIA Officer Tom Wilshire, Deputy Chief of the FBI ITOS unit, and Middleton her supervisor, and Wilshire had been denied permission twice in July, on July 13, 2001, and July 23, 2001, from turning over the information from the al Qaeda Kuala Lumpur planning meeting to the FBI investigators on the Cole bombing, by very high level CIA managers, it is clear that the orders to block Bongardt’s investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi came from the very top of the CIA and FBI HQ. While shutting down the FBI Agent’s criminal investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi, the people at the CIA and FBI HQ and perhaps even the administration, who were allowing this, knew that this would block the only investigation of these al Qaeda terrorists that could prevent the al Qaeda attack that took place on 9/11. Since the 9/11 Commission had all of this information, it is inconceivable that they came to the conclusion that they, the 9/11 Commission, just could never figure out why the CIA or the FBI HQ had never connected Mihdhar and Hazmi to the massive warnings of an al Qaeda attack that they had been receiving since April 2001, when Wilshire had connected these terrorists to this attack in emails that the 9/11 Commission had and even knew that Wilshire had been denied twice from sending this information to the FBI criminal investigators on the Cole bombing by high level managers at the CIA. See Part 4 for even more information on this:

Part 2
While criminal obstruction of the USS Cole bombing investigation was bad enough, what was beyond the pale was when FBI Agent Margaret Gillespie working at the CIA found that both Mihdhar and Hazmi were inside of the US on August 22, 2001. She took this information to former CIA officer Tom Wilshire and FBI HQ Agent Corsi. It is clear that they both knew immediately that Mihdhar and Hazmi were inside of the US only in order to take part in a massive al Qaeda attack that would kill thousands of Americans. So what did Wilshire and Corsi do with this horrific information? First they realized that they had to keep this information away from FBI Agent Steve Bongardt and the rest of the USS Cole bombing investigators. They knew if Bongardt ever started any investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi and then found the photograph of Walid Bin Attash taken at Kuala Lumpur, Bongardt would have immediately realized that he and his investigation of the Cole bombing had been criminally obstructed numerous times by both the CIA and FBI HQ. In order to keep this investigation away from Bongardt, Corsi contacted Craig Donnachie, head of intelligence investigations at the FBI New York office on August 22, 2001 and requested that Donnachie immediately start an intelligence investigation for Mihdhar and Hazmi, hoping an intelligence investigation would head off any criminal investigation by Bongardt and his team. On August 23, 2001 Donnachie indicated to Corsi that he would start an intelligence investigation for Mihdhar and Hazmi, information Corsi sent immediately to Wilshire via email. On August 23, 2001 Margaret Gillespie had the CIA Bin Laden unit issue a worldwide alert for Mihdhar and Hazmi, so the entire CIA hierarchy would have been aware that not only were Mihdhar and Hazmi inside of the US but because of Wilshire’s prior emails, plus the numerous warnings of a al Qaeda attack that the CIA had been receiving from April 2001, that they were inside of the US in order to take part in yet another al Qaeda terrorist attack. At the time of the August 24, 2001 6 hour meeting with President Bush, Tenet already knew that Moussaoui had just been arrested as a possible al Qaeda terrorist getting training on a B747, and that Mihdhar and Hazmi were inside of the US in order to take part in a massive al Qaeda attack. On August 28, 2001, Corsi sent Donnachie her EC to start an intelligence investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi, based mainly on the December 1999 NSA cable, from a telephone tap of a phone connected to the communications center for the al Qaeda attacks in east Africa, that indicated Mihdhar and Hazmi were al Qaeda terrorists traveling to an important al Qaeda planning meeting in Kuala Lumpur. When Donnachie got this EC on August 28, 2001 he gave it to John Liguori, his boss, who thought this EC connected Mihdhar and Hazmi to the Cole bombing and sent this EC the same day to Bongardt and his team. Bongardt immediately realized how critical it was to locate Mihdhar and Hazmi quickly before they had any chance to carry out yet another al Qaeda attack and contacted Corsi to get permission to start this investigation. But he was told by Corsi, and her boss Rod Middleton, that since the information had come from the NSA, the “wall”, prevented him from possessing this information without written permission from the NSA, and he would have to stop any investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi and in addition destroy the information he had from Cori’s EC on Mihdhar and Hazmi. Unfortunately we now know that Corsi had already been given written permission from the NSA (see DE #448) to pass this NSA information to Bongardt and his team in New York, on August 27, 2001 the day before she tells him he had to stop his investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi. But page 538, footnote 81 in the 9/11 Commission report says that the attorney, Sherry Sabol, told DOJ IG investigators on November 7, 2002, that she had told Corsi that since no FISA warrant was connected to this NSA information, Bongardt could take part in any investigation and search for Mihdhar and Hazmi. When Corsi shut down Bongardt’s investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi she knew as she admitted to the DOJ IG investigators, that the CIA had a photograph of Walid Bin Attash taken at Kuala Lumpur, (see page 302 of the DOJ IG report) knew that this photo connected Mihdhar and Hazmi to the planning of the Cole bombing and knew that this meant there was no legitimate reason Bongardt should not have been allowed to immediately start an investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi. Almost beyond belief.. See Part 3

If you combine all of the US official reports on 9/11, you can put the entire account on 9/11 back together again, in particular the account of the investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi by FBI Agent Steve Bongardt and his team of FBI Cole bombing investigators. It is irrelevant that they have still kept records classified. This is unimportant, as there is now more than enough information already in the public domain to figure out what had taken place that had allowed the attacks on 9/11 to occur. It turns out that while each individual report left out critical details of the account on 9/11, in almost all cases one of the other reports had the details that had been left out. In the end the entire story is all there, the entire account. By combining all of these reports, the Joint Inquiry report, the 9/11 Commission report, and the DOJ IG report and the along with the account of FBI Agent Ali Soufan, by Lawrence Wright, the meeting on July 10, 2001 in White House, by Bob Woodward, and the defense exhibits entered into the trail of Zacarias Moussaoui, there is more than enough information to prove that people at the CIA and FBI HQ had intentionally and deliberately allowed the attacks on 9/11 to take place. When the bombing of the USS Cole took place in October 2000, and FBI Agent Ali Soufan sent the CIA a passport photograph of Walid Bin Attash, the CIA realized that they had all of the people who attended the Kuala Lumpur al Qaeda planning meeting in January 2000 photographed, including Khalid al-Mihdhar, Nawaf al-Hazmi and Walid Bin Attash actually planning the bombing and then just let them walk away to carry out the attacks on the USS Cole 10 months later. In order to make sure this information never got out, in particular to the FBI Agents on the Cole bombing, the CIA orchestrated a wide ranging criminal conspiracy that included the CIA Yemen station, the CIA Pakistan Station, the CIA Bin Laden unit, and even included groups at the FBI that the CIA had subjugated. The CIA told FBI Agent Ali Soufan, lead FBI investigator on the Cole bombing, several times in response to his numerous official FBI requests for any information on Walid Bin Attash or information that the CIA had on any al Qaeda planning meeting in Kuala Lumpur, that they had none of this information, when in fact they had much of the information that Soufan had asked for. The groups at the FBI that had been subjugated by the CIA were the ITOS unit, that included Maltbie and Fracas in the RFU unit, the two who shut down FBI Agents Harry Samit’s investigation of Moussaoui, FBI HQ Agent Dina Corsi in the Bin Laden unit, who along with ITOS Deputy Chief Tom Wilshire shut down FBI Agent Steve Bongardt's investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi, and even included FBI Director Louis Freeh. NOTE: In November 2000, FBI Agent Ali Soufan, lead FBI investigator on the USS Cole bombing, asked Freeh if he would make an official request to the CIA for any information that the CIA had on any al Qaeda planning meeting in Kuala Lumpur in January 2000 or on Walid Bin Attash, and was told that the CIA had none of this information. But page 238-239 of the DOJ IG report says the NSA gave this information to Freeh in December 1999, and page 181 of the 9/11 report says the CIA gave Freeh this information in January 2000. From the US government own documents, it is clear that Freeh had criminally obstructed his own investigation of the USS Cole bombing.] But it gets worse, much worse… See Part 2

The main stream media has been absolutely silent on this. No interviews of these people, no reporting even on things that are now in the public domain. Even after they heard the absolutely moronic answers by Tenet at the April 14, 2001 9/11 public hearings. Tenet said he had not told Bush that a huge al Qaeda attacks was about to take place inside of the US that would kill thousands of Americans because he (Tenet) was in Washington DC and Bush was in Crawford Texas.
The big hot shot reporter Michael Isikoff was there, at this April 14, 2001 hearing and has never said anything. The two rows of people just behind Tenet at these hearings were the relatives of those killed on 9/11, and they all knew Tenet was lying. All of the information that has come out since 9/11 and that proves that people at the CIA and FBI HQ had deliberately and intentionally allowed the attacks on 9/11 to take place has been kept secret from the American people. If these media organizations are not working for the criminals at the CIA and FBI HQ that had allowed these attacks to take place they should be since everything they have done has been to not only to cover up the criminal actions at these huge intelligence agencies that had allowed these attacks to take place but to even cover up the actions at the 9/11 Commission to hide the fact that the attacks on 9/11 had been intentionally allowed to take place by people inside of the US government What does this tell you about main stream media? And, what does this tell you about the corruption by people inside of our own US government?

What if when FBI HQ agent Steve Bongardt's investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi was shut down by FBI HQ FBI Agent Dina Corsi and her boss, Rod Middleton, he had posted that two extremely dangerous al Qaeda terrorists were inside of the US, terrorists connected to the east Africa al Qaeda attack, and these terrorists were inside of the US to carry out another al Qaeda attack, but FBI HQ was inexplicably shutting down the criminal investigation of these terrorists.
What if FBI Agent Harry Samit had posted that the INS had arrested someone, based on FBI info, who appeared to be connected to the al Qaeda terrorists, who was trying to learn how to fly a B747 without a private pilot’s license, but FBI HQ was shutting down any investigation of this person when it appeared that this person wanted to hijack a US aircraft an fly it into the WTC Towers. What if Samit had seen Bongardt's post and Bongardt had seen Samit's post on Wikileaks. Just maybe 9/11 could have been prevented. Oddly enough two people at FBI HQ already knew all of this information. CIA officer Tom Wilshire who had been moved over to be Deputy Chief of the ITOS unit, from his position at the CIA Bin Laden unit, and who had shut down with Dina Corsi’s help had shut down the FBI criminal investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi, and Attorney Sherry Sabol who had heard arguments by the FBI HQ people who were trying to shut down these investigations. It was Sherry Sabol who had ruled on both the investigation of Moussaoui and the investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi.

When Director of the CIA George Tenet flew down to Crawford Texas, for a meeting with Bush on August 24, 2001, he not only knew that Moussaoui had been arrested in Minnesota, when the FBI thought he was a al Qaeda terrorist trying to get simulator training on a B747 aircraft but even knew that Khalid al-Mihdhar and Nawaf al-Hazmi were inside of the US.
But what is even , more horrific Tenet knew as did Cofer Black, CTC head, and Richard Blee, head of the CIA Bin Laden unit and many other people at the CIA that Mihdhar and Hazmi were inside of the US only in order to take part in a massive al Qaeda attack that would kill thousands of Americans. Emails from Tom Wilshire, the CIA manager that had been moved over to the FBI in mid-May 2001 to spy on the FBI Cole bombing investigators, back to his CIA managers, Blee, Black, and Tenet confirm that the CIA knew Mihdhar and Hazmi were going to take part of the next big al Qaeda attack, an attack that the CIA had been warned about since April 2001. This was the al Qaeda attack that Tenet, Black, Blee had warned Rice and Clarke about on July 10, 2001, at an emergency meeting at the White House. Wilshire’s assignment was to find out what the FBI Cole bombing investigators knew about the al Qaeda planning meeting in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia in January 2000, and if they knew that Mihdhar and Hazmi had been at that meeting with Walid Bin Attash actually planning the Cole bombing. This is the information that the CIA had been desperately trying to keep secret, and away from the FBI Cole bombing investigators so the CIA culpability in allowing the attack on the USS Cole was kept secret. Wilshire found out at the June 11, 2001 meeting he set up between the FBI Cole bombing investigators, FBI HQ and the CIA that these investigators did not even know who Mihdhar and Hazmi were when FBI HQ agent Dina Corsi showed them photographs from Kuala Lumpur of Mihdhar and Hazmi and CIA officer Clark Shannon asked these FBI investigators if they could recognize any of these al Qaeda terrorists. In July when Wilshire became aware that these al Qaeda terrorists were connected to the massive warnings of a huge al Qaeda attack that would kill thousands of Americans, he was denied twice by his CIA managers, Blee, Black and Tenet, from giving this information to the these FBI investigators. His job was not only to spy on the FBI but to make sure the information on Mihdhar and Hazmi never reached the FBI Cole bombing investigators even though the CIA and even the FBI HQ knew these al Qaeda terrorists had taken part in the planning of the Cole bombing. So what did Tenet tell Bush about this when he went to Crawford for a 6 hour meeting with Bush on August 24, 2001. We don’t know and probably will never know, because of Tenet's lies to the 9/11 Commission. On April 14, 2001, at the 9/11 public hearings, Tim Roemer asked Tenet if he knew in August 2001 that a huge al Qaeda attack was about to take place, an attack that would kill thousands of Americans, what did he tell the President of the US. Tenet said he had not talked to the President in August 2001. Roemer then asked him why and Tenet said that he, Tenet, was in Washington DC and the President was in Crawford Texas. Then Roemer asked him if he picked up the phone and called Bush with this horrific information. Tenet said no he had not and said he could not go beyond this as his explanation. Everyone in that room listening to Tenet knew he was lying, but Roemer and the 9/11 Commission did not call him out on these lies, so at this point they could not ask him further what he had told the President. But what is even more horrific is that when the FBI Cole bombing investigators accidentally found out that both Mihdhar and Hazmi were inside of the US, on August 28, 2001, and even knew they were in the US to take part in an al Qaeda terrorist attack, Wilshire and Corsi shut down their investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi, and forced his him and his investigators to destroy all of the information they had on Mihdhar and Hazmi. Since senior managers at both the CIA and FBI HQ knew about this huge al Qaeda attack, they had to know that by shutting down the FBI Cole bombing investigators investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi, thousands of Americans would perish in these attacks. All of this information is now detailed in "Prior Knowledge of 9/11", also available in a Kindle version.

To explain where I got this information on Cofer Black, I actually spent time a huge amount of time putting the entire account of 9/11 back together again. It took several years using every single US official government investigation and report I could find, plus other documents I could confirm as correct, for example, Bob Woodward’s book States of Denial, which describes the urgent meeting in the White House between Blee, Black, Tenet, and Rice and Clarke, where Tenet tells Rice a huge al Qaeda attack will take place shortly inside of the US and kill thousands of Americans, Lawrence Wright's book Looming Tower on FBI Agent Ali Soufan, and the documents actually entered into the Moussaoui trial.
Since some of the information had been left out or deliberately obscured in these reports, I had to build very detailed times lines and then figure out from these reports, who knew what, when they knew it, where did they get this information and did they act like a prudent person would act, once they had this information in order to prevent the attacks on 9/11 or did they intentionally hide the information they had even though they knew it might lead to FBI criminal investigators being unable to prevent the attacks on 9/11. When documents were in conflict with one another, I had to figure out who or what document was telling the truth. At first this was very hard, but as I worked through the conflicting accounts I found that it became easier to figure out the real account. I used several techniques to do this. I used what is called consistency to figure out which account matched information that was already available in the rest of the account on 9/11, and much that information had not differed at all even in different accounts of 9/11. Since as this process went on I got more and more information that was consistent, it became easier and easier to see what information was consistent with what I already had and what information was not consistent with what was already available. I also determined which account had the most credible information, and in general it was the account that actually had the most detail instead of the account where no one could remember what was said. I also lined up what people actually said with what government documents showed that they actually knew. For example, the account of the meeting between FBI Agent Dina Corsi and attorney Sherry Sabol, in the DOJ IG report it said no one could remember what took place that this meeting. FBI Agent Steve Bongardt had asked FBI HQ Gannet Dina Corsi to get a ruling from the FBI legal people to see if he could take part in an investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi, when he found out that these al Qaeda terrorists were inside of the US on August 28, 2001. (NOTE: When I discovered that the DOJ IG report had intentionally modified a portion of their report to hide Corsi's criminal culpability in allowing the attacks on 9/11 to take place was perhaps understandable to hide FBI HQ involvement in allowing the attacks on 9/11 to take place, but disappointing since in general the DOJ IG report had the most complete picture of what had taken place prior to 9/11 that had allowed the attacks on 9/11 to succeed). Corsi in her email to Liguori and Bongardt says Sabol ruled Bongardt could have nothing to do with any investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi. But on page 538, Footnote 81, of 9/11 Commission report it says, in testimony given to the DOJ IG investigators on November 7, 2002, Sabol told Corsi that Bongardt could take part in any investigation of Midhar since the NSA information had no connection to any FISA warrant, just exactly what FBI Agent Steve Bongardt thought. We know when one testifies to DOJ IG investigators in a potential criminal investigation, that this testimony is written down much like any other legal proceeding. The 9/11 Commission report accurately put this written testimony in the 9/11 Commission report but buried it at the back of the report in the foot notes, which shows that even though they had the correct information, they were deliberately burying this information so no one could go back and see the entire picture. The DOJ IG report actually says no one can remember what went on at this meeting when it is clear that was this testimony was not only written down, but was already part of the final the 9/11 Commission report, and actually in the hands of the DOJ IG investigators. Since the 9/11 Commission report came out before the DOJ IG report, it is clear that the DOJ Inspector General could have just read the 9/11 Commission report to know that he was deliberately putting in his report, information that was patently wrong, this in fact is a crime. How stupid does the DOJ IG think the American people were when his account differs from an account that is already in the public domain? Did the DOJ IG think no one would go back to see if parts of his report had been deliberately fabricated and were contrary to information that was already available. HOW GOD DAMN DUMB CAN YOU GET! This is no small matter. Almost 3000 were murdered on 9/11 because of this lie from Corsi about Sabol's ruling on whether Bongardt could take part in the investigation and search of Mihdhar and Hazmi. This lie is what shut down Bongardt’s investigation for good. Almost beyond belief, Rod Middleton, Corsi's boss, gets from the CIA, on August 30, 2001, the photograph of Walid Bin Attash taken at Kuala Lumpur, and now at this point has the photographic proof that Mihdhar and Hazmi, who had also been photographed at Kuala Lumpur, had taken part in the planning of the Cole bombing that took place at that meeting. In spite of Middleton being on the phone with Corsi on August 28, 2001, shutting down Bongardt’s investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi, Middleton never calls Bongardt back asks Bongardt to restart his investigation for Mihdhar and Hazmi, in spite of the fact that Middleton and the FBI HQ already know that Mihdhar and Hazmi are inside of the US in order to take part in a massive al Qaeda attack that will kill thousands of Americans, and even know that by shutting down Bongardt’s investigation, there will be nothing stopping the al Qaeda terrorists at that point from carrying out this horrific attack. Another example, in the letter to John Liguori on August 29, 2001, Corsi says that the information about Mihdhar and Hazmi cannot be given to FBI criminal investigators because it has not been approved by the NSA to be sent to these investigators. This is fine except for the fact that the written NSA approval is now available in the Moussaoui trail defense exhibit documents and says that this approval was actually granted on August 27, 2001, two days before Corsi tells Liguori and Bongardt that Bongardt cannot have this information because she does not have the NSA approval. Corsi then really does herself no favors when she emailed Bongardt on August 29, 2001 and said “If at such time information is developed indicating the existence of a substantial Federal crime, that information will be passed over the wall according to procedures." But not only did Corsi know, she admits this right on page 302 of the DOJ IG report, but the CIA and FBI HQ also knew, that Mihdhar and Hazmi had taken part in the planning of the Cole bombing, which is a horrific crime. They also knew that Mihdhar and Hazmi were long time al Qaeda terrorists connected to the east Africa bombings, and that Bin Laden had already been indicted for the east Africa bombings. Since these were horrific and heinous crimes, there was absolutely no legitimate or legal reason Corsi, her boss Rod Middleton, the CIA officer directing Corsi's obstruction of the Cole bombing investigation, Tom Wilshire, the FBI HQ and the CIA to shut down Bongardt’s investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi. The DOJ IG report actually came to this same conclusion. In the end I found much to my surprise that the entire story is actually all there. It was a huge, long, and difficult process to put it all back together again, so in the end the American people could see the real and complete account of what actually took place on 9/11, an account that is sadly significantly different then what they got from the 9/11 Commission report and the main stream news media, even other books on 9/11 that had not gone to the time and effort to aggregate all of the known official government accounts of 9/11, even though they were available and in the public domain. See my Journal for many more details on all of this.
