Bush visited Atlanta as part of a nationwide tour with his Foundation for Excellence in Education to tout the changes he made in Florida, which ranged from giving extra funding to schools based on an A-through-F grading system to making it easier for charter schools to open in the state.
Bush has joined forces with The Heritage Foundation, a conservative D.C.-based think tank, and visited cities across the country.
