You know who you remind me of? SDud.
Oh, he had more sense, and was a hell of a lot smarter. But that isn't saying much. Anyway, speculate all you want about the why of SDud, and remain otherwise totally clueless, just remember, that is not my problem. My problem is bushco.

I just got some really good news and have to leave to go celebrate.
We'll talk later when I am not so giddy. Until then, just know that I feel for you having to get a writing lesson from the likes of me.

Not even a shred?
See, reasonable doubt is a judicial term. In fact a superior term. So superior it can mean the freedom of someone the state has already decided is guilty. You can ride your high horse all you want and claim that there is no reasonable doubt. But if you do, then you should not piss and whine and moan when someone questions the horse you rode in on. IOW, don't come in here with this judicial crap when there has not even been an American style of justice applied to the god damn version you so fervently believe. Yeah, that's right, I don't believe the OCT, but I do believe in truth, and your making fun of seeking the truth and calling and making fun of those who seek the truth because they have reasonable doubt and want solid justice is as fucking undemocratic and un American as McCarthy. Don't fuck with me.

I have been called a truther, on DU, and I call myself a truther, on DU.
So now that I own the term on DU and have defined the term to mean that a truther means "Seeking the truth" from this point forward any use of the moniker that is meant in a derogatory way is seen the same way as using other monikers (do I really need to spell them out?) and should not, henceforth be condoned on DU. There being other people who, in the past, having now protected monikers that once were often used to demean and belittle, and now having overcome by making those monikers used derogatorily be rule breaking uses, it is only fair that no longer on DU should there be any allowance of using truther to demean and diminish me or my fellow seekers of truth. No one should be allowed to demean me just because they don't agree with me or my fellow truth seekers, nor should they be allowed to demean me or my fellow truth seekers just because there are some who they hate and whom travel parallel paths. I have been a damn good member of DU for 9 years now and I damn sure demand my rights to not be demeaned because of my belief of seeking the truth about 9/11.

The general funds WILL pay SS benefits.
They will have to raise revenue to pay the SS benefits.

One company...ES&S... controls the computers that count 80 percent of America's votes.
ES&S is privately owned by republicans. The programming code is a secret. It cannot be examined by anyone but ES&S. Judges have denied election examiners access to the code to try and understand why some election vote counts were totally messed up. Case in point: Sarasota County Florida, congressional election, 2006, where @17,000 votes were lost. Examiners took it to court asking to examine the code to figure out how those votes evaporated. Judge said: Fuck you. The code remains a secret.

The 2008 Scam is Working
The voting machines were rigged just enough to allow Obama to win and put a few Dems in office. Kinda put down the argument we were all making about the machines, didn't it? Then in 2010 the machines were rigged to get rid of a bunch of Dems. I predict that in 2012 Obama will be allowed to win but the congress and more states go red, just like a bunch of states turned more red in 2010. And really, who gives a shit but a few 'conspiracy nuts' like me?

You do realize that more than 50% of Duers are what you call 'troofers'?
How you get away with calling more than 50% of Duers "clown or idiot" amazes me. Zap wrote: "Oh well, every community needs a clown or idiot and troofers fill the bill nicely."

This is what amazes me about DU. We were a couple of years ahead of this guy; the PM of a major nation. Really, the only hope I have left is that DUer type people take over the world, like yesterday, already.
It is waiting for us. Can we do it? Can we get it done? I sure hope so. Peace. But only after enough agitation?

...states that we were headed into an ice age naturally, but our pollution saved the day and held it at bay.
That would take some powerful joo-joo. Eh?

What could we have done to prevent Loughner from killing and maiming all those people?
What I am saying is that if certain laws had been established, Loughner may, indeed should never have been able to commit that crime. His life, in trade for the carnage he caused, with a gun, is no justice. No matter what the courts do to him, there will be no justice done in this case. And remember, he could not have done what he did without a gun. So, what could we have done to prevent Loughner from killing and maiming all those people with a gun? Think about that.

Your learning curve is exponential. Too bad others are still buried with the propaganda of 'Nukes are safe'. However, the trust you place in an industry that is but 50 years old is childlike.
Our experience with the disastrous results in the last 25 years, when graphed out (knowing you love graphs) will tell you all you need to know what we should expect from nuclear pollution. I believe you know what tech-no-logic 'advances' have done to this little blue-ball spinning in space in the last mere 200 years, so why deny the obvious? Do the graph.
