This was just released and one has to wonder if the timing was questionable since the Alaska State Personnel Board who are 'at will' employees under Palin's jurisdiction just 'found' Palin didn't violate any state ethics laws as was found by the Branchflower investigation. This directly conflicts with the Branchflower report and testimony from various witness's.

One has to wonder why we didn't see the full record (or any record actually) and instead only get a summary of her health condition.
