we've "come a long way baby" indeed ... i'll be damned if we ever go back.

it's sad when you realize that most of those videos were made 50 or less years ago. what's even sadder is the fact that our society, while it has greatly improved, still sets "gender roles" and usually with women that role is staying at home and being a good little wife/mother. at least now a-days most women get to choose whether or not to play the stay-at-home-wife role. still we put a lot of pressure on women that don't stay home with their kids(especially young kids). it is made out that to be a good mother you have to be there at home with your kids 24/7. my mom was a working single mom. i think she did a damn good job raising us. women are honestly still not see as equals to men when it comes to working. for example our culture still sees men as the "breadwinners" and i'll tell you what... when i get married, if i even get married, lol... i'm going to be the damn breadwinner.
