He wanted to be on the World Stage.

Early in the reports from Norway, there was a thread in LBN in which someone noted he didn't want to be a 'martyr' as he didn't die rather than be peaceably arrested. That statement got me to thinking.

He didn't want to die; he wanted the attention of the international media; he wanted to be on the international stage. But, for what purpose?

To promote his 'value system'; and later I was to discover, to promote his 'compendium'; which the media is calling a manifesto.

He wants to be the 'lightning rod', the 'rallying point', the leader of the "the martyrs of the conservative revolution..."

I will not mention his name but I will link to several articles which have been posted since I came to my conclusion.

The next question is; will he succeed?

Based on many of the postings I have read in which people reply in support of his actions against 'Marxists', 'internationalists', 'liberals', etc., I will guess, he may have some small success. He has modeled the behavior he would like to see played out around the world. There are enough other people on this planet who are as deranged as he is.

As those people lose more and feel they have less to lose but more to gain from such actions, they may follow his example.

I want to point out to some of "you" who have an image of terrorist; domestic or foreign; in your mind. This person was not poor, brown, missing teeth, uneducated, illiterate, ignorant, nor obviously fanatical or 'crazy'. Hell, a couple of people have said he is good looking. Really?!

He had many - unearned - let me repeat that, he had many unearned privileges to hand and chose to use them in this way. He was capable of creating a successful (financially) business and rather than using that skill to help, he chose it to destroy; to murder.

If a leader of the Norwegian government were to ask me, I would tell them they need to erase his name, his history, his very presence, from the media, from history, from the minds of those who would choose to use his actions as an example. If I were asked. If it were possible.

Oblivion, would be the most effective punishment for him.
