Jakey was saved as a rescue at about six years old nearly seven years (he was 13+, old for a Bully) ago by my beloved ex, her partner at the time, and my beautiful daughter. He was rescued from a life of being a stud at a breeder. He had terrible lung parasites, heartworm, and a variety of other issues. He was brought back to health with a lot of love and a lot of money.

Jake had no prejudices, he loved other dogs, cats and people equally, which is rare in a English Bull Terrier. A few months ago he started having nose bleeds, not good in a dog. Xrays showed a mass growing behind his right eye. A couple of weeks ago, the eye started to push out and Jake began to have trouble breathing and waling. Till the end, he went outside (with assistance) to do his business and refused to have an accident in spite of the medications that made him go 10 times a day. He became extremely close with my beautiful daughter over the past few months, something he had never been. I think he knew. They are smarter than we are.

Yesterday they took him for his last visit to the vet.

Goodnight Jakey, the pain is gone, I hope you find Corey and you play together again.

I'll see you on the other side.

How many Americans actually give a happy monkey fuck?
How did we get here

And you may find yourself living in a shotgun shack
And you may find yourself in another part of the world
And you may find yourself behind the wheel of a large automobile
And you may find yourself in a beautiful house, with a beautiful
Wife
And you may ask yourself-well...how did I get here?

Letting the days go by/let the water hold me down
Letting the days go by/water flowing underground
Into the blue again/after the moneys gone
Once in a lifetime/water flowing underground.

And you may ask yourself
How do I work this?
And you may ask yourself
Where is that large automobile?
And you may tell yourself
This is not my beautiful house!
And you may tell yourself
This is not my beautiful wife!

Letting the days go by/let the water hold me down
Letting the days go by/water flowing underground
Into the blue again/after the moneys gone
Once in a lifetime/water flowing underground.

Same as it ever was...same as it ever was...same as it ever was...
Same as it ever was...same as it ever was...same as it ever was...
Same as it ever was...same as it ever was...

Water dissolving...and water removing
There is water at the bottom of the ocean
Carry the water at the bottom of the ocean
Remove the water at the bottom of the ocean!

Letting the days go by/let the water hold me down
Letting the days go by/water flowing underground
Into the blue again/in the silent water
Under the rocks and stones/there is water underground.

Letting the days go by/let the water hold me down
Letting the days go by/water flowing underground
Into the blue again/after the moneys gone
Once in a lifetime/water flowing underground.

And you may ask yourself
What is that beautiful house?
And you may ask yourself
Where does that highway go?
And you may ask yourself
Am I right? ...am I wrong?
And you may tell yourself
My god!...what have I done?

Letting the days go by/let the water hold me down
Letting the days go by/water flowing underground
Into the blue again/in the silent water
Under the rocks and stones/there is water underground.

Letting the days go by/let the water hold me down
Letting the days go by/water flowing underground
Into the blue again/after the moneys gone
Once in a lifetime/water flowing underground.
