After all the british was over the whole globe at one time and even today have close conections to most places

This nothing more than a treath nothing more. Withouth the "ears" in UK most of the intell about Russia, and many other places the US have some special interst it, is more or less dead.. And it wil take long times to build new sites to get intell.. Not even Poland wil accept that withouth some resevation
