This is absolutely DISGRACE FULL, and it would take a _long_ time before US would get the stench from Guantanamo Bay out of their hands...

It took Germany 60 year, to take the stench from the german Concentration system some out of their hands.. But even today, the bear name of Dachau, Oranienburg, and the more than 41.000 other Concentration system who was part of the gulag system the german had in Germany, and in occupied territory both in the West and in the East are names that would never give the ghost from before silence.. And even today, 60 year after WW2 it is coming books, who are given more light to the war, and the system the Nazis was building up between 1933 and 1945...

And we have no clue how many of this sites the US have yet. And for many germans the systems who their government had in place was "Unknown" to their, before the allied forces was liberating the camps... And I fear that in US it would be more camps.. Both inside the US, and outside the US, that is manned by US armed forces, and policy ed by US law. Or the lack about it...
