The right has had a lot of disgusting talking points lately, but the phony math and logic they're using to prove this one (teachers make $58,000 a year, and with all the benefits they get it adds to over $107,000!!!") is seriously making my blood boil. My mom is a teacher. I know teachers. A lot of them work multiple jobs to make ends meet - they're overworked, severely underpaid, and under appreciated. And now for these fucking cretins to tell them that they "make too much money" and that "public schools are babysitting" is an insult to the education profession. They're taking this shit way too far this time, and I'm not going to stand for it.

You know who is making too much money? The Wall Street corporate mafia. They're hoarding trillions - giving it all to themselves, and they have the balls to say that the one profession that affects everybody is "making too much money". Every time I read about banks like Goldman-Sachs giving out six and seven figure bonuses to themselves, I wonder what they did to deserve it. Probably nothing. And with everything that's happening in Wisconsin, Egypt, Bahrain, and now Morocco, people everywhere are saying "We've had enough". It's time to do that here and tell these banks, corporate criminals and pundits where they can stick it.
