All of a sudden, I feel a chill
Victor is grinning, flesh is rotting away
Skeletons dance, I curse this day

And the night when the wolves cry out
Listen close and you can hear me shout.

Viva Ramones.

Can't concentrate on game when Mike Ness plays a guitar solo. Too busy looking at video of his guitar playing to try to rip off a few good licks.

I finally got some Atlantic Croakers.

We couldn't ever get anyone to answer the phone at old man Campbell's fish market. So, we called Food Lion and talked to the butcher. I love him. They only had two packs of pitiful underground croakers, but it's enough to make up "a mess" to cook.

I couldn't remember if we had corn meal or not. So, I picked up a small bag of it. I was so proud that I thought ahead like that and picked up the bag of corn meal, just in case.

I got home and unloaded the groceries and put everything up. I was down to the Dr Peppers and the 24 pack of water. I brought the Dr Peppers in in my book bag on wheels; no problem there. I thought I'd just carry the 24 pack of water in. Yeah, right. I got it to the front door and my back said, "You are going to rest now, but not before you yelp like a whipped dog, cry like a baby, curl up into a fetal position, and drop to the porch in agony."

So, I rested and then put my Dr Peppers in the cabinet.

While I was doing that, a spider came crawling toward me as fast as he could. I used a paper towel tube to scoop him up to put him outside. On the way to the door, he shot out a web and made way for the floor then to the door of my room.

I flung the front door open and chased him down. By this time, I had my clothes off. It's such a nice warm day today. ALL the neighbors were in their yards soaking up this nice warmth.

So, there I am, with my ass in the air, bent way down with no shirt on saying, "No, you don't! No, you don't! This way! You can't stay in here!" Meanwhile, my aunt was in the living room watching me and laughing her ass off. I asked her what was so funny. She said the neighbors across the street were in their yards. Of course, they wouldn't have known about the spider. All they probably saw was me doing all that all bent over with only my drawers on. I finally got the spider out the door. I never bothered to put on clothes. I figured at that point, it didn't really matter.

I started to finally cook the fish I have been smelling both raw and cooked for the last 3 days now.

Guess what?

I've only got a little bit of cooking oil, not enough to cook the fish. So, we will probably be having chili today.

I want this day to end soon. It has not been good.

Tomorrow, my aunt wants me to go to Wal Mart and pick up her prescription.

I guess you can say: Today hasn't been my day. Tomorrow already looks bad too.

I did get some red, yellow, and orange peppers today. So, maybe the chili will make everything all right. I hope.

Mine was so so. I got the bills paid, tried a BK Stacker sandwich (not bad, not good, but not bad). We had a coupon for buy one get one free. It was so so.

Before that, I almost talked my aunt into staying up later so I could go get $20 worth of Atlantic croakers, from the cussing guy we buy our fish from, to fry this morning. I woke up wanting fish so bad, I could smell it and could just about taste it. She couldn't stay awake though.

Sunday Girl, my 16 year old supersmart/superhuman cat, had already heard me talking about fish and got up and came over and rubbed her nose on my arm like Tabitha from Bewitched used to do. That's her way of saying, "I love you, Mommy, now go cook what you just mentioned."

My aunt just couldn't stay awake that long. So, we compromised. BK today and I go to the grocery store, Family Dollar store, and to get the fish tomorrow or Wednesday, which means Sunday Girl will be waking me up bright and early as soon as the Sun comes up in the morning. She never forgets those types of things. She knows what we are talking about and holds us to it.

While I was putting my aunt in bed, I did feel my sciatic nerve remind me it was there. It give me grief for a while, but it has eased up now that I have taken something for it.

I'm almost at 93 Agility in my game. It's slow training right now as it gets harder to make a level once you reach the halfway point. I'm looking at another 3 weeks to a month before I hit 99. No rush though. It's just a game.

Also, I dyed my character's hair black in Runescape too today as an "in memory of" for Joey Ramone. I was listening to the Ramones while I was playing the game and noticed that the long blond hair was getting old. I tried short blond hair for a while, but hated that. So, I went back to long hair and dyed it black. It looks cool too. RIP sweet sweet Joey.

Mr. Programmer. I got my hammer. Gonna smash my, smash my, RADIO!

We Want The Airwaves!

There is no doubt in my mind, had the Ramones gotten the airwaves instead of Limpballs, this would be a MUCH MUCH better world today.

Love Live The Ramones' music!

Gabba Gabba Hey!!!!

And there's always my theme song: Psycho Therapy

I have a case of brain damage that could be anywhere from mild to severe ( I have no way of knowing just how pevvy and dain bramaged I really am). A month may not be long enough for me to know who is who now that everyone except a couple people (me and that other person) has changed their names.

I haven't a clue who anybody is any more. Please for the love of god and all that is holy, I hope some of you didn't change your usernames. I feel so lost.

If you did change your username, will you sign my "cheat sheet" here, so I can add it to my journal and have a reference point?

I can use the Cooking Guild Bank now. I just managed to finally get Varrock Armour 3. I finally did it. I can churn butter and make tuna sweetcorn baked potatoes until my heart is content. What a day!

I just wanted to share a major Runescape goal achievement.

Back to your regularly scheduled programming.

OMFG!

I needed a good cry. I can't fucking take it any more. I had to do something. All the pain and having to fight for survival, having to fight to get people to listen, having to beg and plead for some kind of tolerance, we're killing this planet, we're killing the animals, we're killing children, we're killing killing killing hating hating hating, doesn't anybody care?

I was getting the trash bag out of the can and a lizard started running around the top of the can. I jumped until I realized it was just a green anole. We keep the trash can close to the door leading to their primary sanctuary in my yard, so the initial surprise turned into more of an "oh" feeling.

I held my hand down gently to see if I could scoop him up and take him back outside.

That didn't work out so great.

When I did that, he took a leap onto my arm and started running all around and around me, up and down my back, through my hair, and even sat on my shoulder and looked at me in between laps.

I tried opening the door to see if he would jump off my back and go outside. When I opened the door and the cold air hit, though, he jumped off of me onto the floor IN THE OTHER DIRECTION.

He high tailed it behind the couch.

The cats didn't do much. Yogi didn't even wake up long at all. He merely opened his eyes and rolled over. Sunday Girl came and watched and listened as I giggled (it tickled when the lizard was running all over me, with no shirt on and all), but didn't seem all that interested in getting the lizard either.

I had to get my toast out of the oven before it burned, so I washed my hands and made lunch. I just finished eating.

The lizard is still behind the couch. This is not the first lizard I have found inside during the winter.

I guess when he comes out from behind the couch, I'll make another attempt at taking him back outside.

He doesn't seem interested in going though. It's freaking cold out there. It's sunny and warm in here.

He's a lizard. Of course, he wants to stay warm.

I just don't have the heart to send him out in the cold just yet. I know I should, but damn he fought valiantly to avoid my first attempt to set him free.

As he ran toward the couch, he ran alongside the cats' water dish. So, I know he can find water in here...and a few spiders overnight. It is supposed to be warmer tomorrow. I'll definitely take him outside in the morning. I guess.

So, am I cruel for not having the heart to kick him out in the cold even though he belongs outside? I know we are supposed to have a nice warm weekend with temperatures in the mid 50s to mid 60s, but that warm front doesn't happen until tomorrow morning. It's cold out there today and will be colder tonight.

I mean, if he was within 1 foot of freedom and ran the other way because the cold air hit, maybe he just wants a warm place to stay for today?

For the Love of God and all that is Holy!

Maybe this will explain it better than words:
me-----> <-----Myspace

Yes, I'm working on my myspace layout again...I want it to SNOW, dammit. Why are my "snowflakes" freaking squares? Where did I fuck up the code, oh, the humanity! For fuck's sake, why is it that I can learn any programming language in the world but Myspace freaking KILLS me. It kills me. That's all there is to it.

You may now return to your regularly scheduled fun in the Lounge. I just needed to vent.
