We got a call back from our realtor, and the seller signed the paperwork! Hopefully, we will be in our own space in a couple more months! I finally got my license transferred to the state I actually live in. And best of all, got to hang out with cool people for a while today, and watch my daughter have a blast chasing around a chicken!
