Rush has no credibility, just as the GOP has no credibility.

Operation Chaos failed, and so has pretty much any stunt Rush has promoted over the last few years.

Really, Rushbo has only succeeded in getting a fat paycheck, and a fat body.

Painting him as the face of the GOP, I think is fairly accurate right now, as he represents the right wing base perfectly. I do understand that the radio markets have not been fair to Progressive talk, however, Rush's ratings give him a huge audience. He IS who the GOP listens to. I think he is losing hearts and minds for them every day. His schtick isn't working.

If we continue to move towards making him the face of the GOP, do we risk using too much of a Straw Man? How do we know when he's no longer the face of the GOP?

Personally, I'd rather he slowly remove himself from politics and slink away to irrelevance....but that's not going to happen.

I do want him to fail. That's different than wanting our President, and our Country, to fail.
