A 9-year-old girl was shot to death by a stray bullet meant for someone else. She was a gifted student who won 14 awards for good grades in Spanish, math and music.

She is the 18th person under the age of 18 to have been killed by gunfire in Miami during the last 12 months.

But you don't see Alberto Gonzalez forming a task force to address that issue.
