We won! WE WON! Marriage in California!

The California Supreme Court overturned the ban on same-sex marriage!

Oh. My. God.

I know, I know, there will be a huge backlash, but right now… WE WON! ...

On Hiatus (for the best reason, ever!)

I’m gettin’ married in the morning…!

Well, no, actually, I’m getting married tomorrow night — but with a million last-minute details to tend to, and the new in-laws flying in (yes, it’s Meet the Parents time!), this will be my last blog post for a week. ...

Geez, we get married, and all hell breaks loose!

Suffice to say, actually marching down the aisle (on a red carpet, no less) without tripping over my feet (or over Buffy’s train) was no less than a miraculous achievement; believe me when I say that no matter how confident you are in front of crowds (and I’m one who loves public speaking), standing up in front of your family and friends to make your vows is a daunting experience… but no matter how much my knees shook (literally) and an uncontrollable facial twitch I never had before probably made me look like I was in desperate need of a massive dose of Depakote, I wouldn’t have done it any differently. Review/Comment:

who are u to judge? youre a queer

no matter how many boys she sucked off, she still wont burn in hell like you!

Date: Aug 9, 2010

On a day like today, I almost feel sorry for the sad sack: He doesn't know what love is, and probably never will.

But this is our day -- and every day is our day -- and no one will ever take it away from us.

It's just love... you know?

And they can't take that away from me.
