It was a great three hours, except for the venue. It was all floor level seating, and the two tallest men in the world were sitting in front of me, effectively blocking my view of Ron Reagan and Mama . And initially, it was difficult to hear them. They were wearing those little clip mics, and after someone from the back of the room came up and told them they were difficult to hear, they all held their little mics and after that, it was a lot better.

Found out this is the only city in the country that puts together these kinds of events, with all these progressive radio hosts. Woohoo! Though I do wish other cities did, because they are a lot of fun.

They covered all kinds of things like voting, impeachment, the M$M, the weak-kneed Dems, the nasty liars on the right, etc. And Steph started channeling Linda Blair in The Exorcist, to the hilarity of the crowd. At the end, Malloy had her do it again.

After the event, we were able to go to the front of the room to meet them. I met Rachel and Randi; Steph was right in front of me at one point, but I was trying to get to Rachel. I did get a couple of Mama, though. I also got a picture with me and Rachel, and one with me and Randi (which I'm not going to show you, because I picked this event to be completely unphotogenic). I also got autographs from the three R's: Ron, Randi, and Rachel.

Anyway, here's some pics. The first few aren't as good as I wish, because they were taken from my seat.

A lesson from my parents: There will always be those who have more than I do. There will always be those who have less than I do. It is not my job to worry about those who have more. It is my job to reach out to those who have less.
