But is it that much of a coincidence that this craig thing broke the day before the katrina anniversary? i mean he comes from the reddest state in the union, i mean hes gonna resign in a month, and then his seat will be filled by a republican in the election!
it may be embarrassing for the repugs, but isn't bringing up the MASSIVE failure of government for over a million people, the death of over a thousand, and the continuing struggles of the gulf coast to rebuild more embarrassing?

Just a news story I found on ABC News:

Apparently, in late 2007 there will be a "mass killing" of Americans and "that major cities and possibly millions of people will be affected by the attack" according to evangelical broadcaster Pat Robertson.
Robertson claims God has told him this fact, yet Robertson give little comfort or solution to the impending attack!
