In another 20 or 30 years, 40 tops, you will pass into history.
Do you know how history will remember you?
Most likely you will remembered foremost as a racist demagogue
who used his god-given "talent" to broadcast hate speech
and political lies for money. A modern day Judas who betrayed
the very people who listened to and trusted you.

Speaking of money, did you know there are no pockets in a burial shroud?
There are no ATM machines in a crematorium. All your material possessions
will go to other people who will pretend to mourn you, but in fact will
rejoice at your death because they got your money.

After you're gone, those who knew you will write tell-all books.
Maybe those ex wives will tell us all about your sexual "problems".
How embarrassing eh? But you won't mind because you will be dead.
The only thing that will take a hit will be your "reputation".
As more and more facts come out, the worse it will get. Descriptions
such as homophobe, pedophile and drug abuser will become a permanent
part of your reputation. But don't worry too much Rush,
eventually you will be forgotten completely. Forever.

One last thing Rush. Just so you'll know.
All the people you rant and rail against. The ones you lie about,
slander and denigrate. They are the people that history will remember long
you are forgotten. FDR, JFK, the Clintons and PRESIDENT Obama to name a few.
Their portraits will hang in the halls of Congress and museums forever.
Yours will end up in a landfill with the rest of the trash.
They will have State funerals with long processions someday.
Your ashes will simply get flushed when the last of your aged
fans mistakes them for used cat litter.
