I have been crocheting for a few years, but never got brave enough to go beyond anything square/rectangular and no fancy stitches ever.

I found a pattern for a scarf that I thought I could maybe pull off. I actually went into the whole thing not expecting perfection, like I usually do. As I got going on it, it looked just like the pattern!! I am absolutely beaming with pride as I sit here looking at it. It's a gift for my best friend's birthday. Luna is her favorite HP character and pink her favorite color. I think she is going to love it!

So, here is my finished creation. It is a replica of Luna Lovegood's scarf from the Harry Potter movies.





Here is the picture of Luna's scarf. Its' a different color, but the pattern is the same.
