It looks like the Netherlands is experiencing a rash of gay bashings--so they'll do a study on why.

http://www.newsdaily.com/TopNews/UPI-1-200...

Can anyone guess what drives people to act like this--can anyone help the Dutch noodle this one out?

Here's how our "friends" the Saudis handle their rape victims:

Let's not hold our breath waiting for any global discussion on human rights in Saudi Arabia.

Hectoring fascist talk radio blow-monkey Neal Boortz, displays his unwavering support for Middle Eastern oil sheiks, and the Islamic Fundamentalism they fund, by denouncing Hugo Chavez, and Citgo.
Here's a little rant by Neal from his website:
Snip

"Venezuela is the fourth-largest provider of oil. And now, Chavez has complete control of the industry. That's it. And you know what this means? Unions. Stronger unions. If you work in the oil industry and are anti-Chavez ... go ahead and quit now. He has done it before and now he will do it again. Look at his audacious move with the anti-Chavez TV station. Oil will be (if it already isn't) the largest creator of jobs for Venezuelans BUT you must support Chavez in order to keep the job. Make sense? Would you vote for Chavez now ... just so little Jose and Maria can eat at night?
The power this man is wielding is astounding, folks.
By the way ... do you buy gas at Citgo stations?"

UnSnip

Yes Neal, I do buy my gas at Citgo. Of course Chavez is power hungry and he's not exactly a beacon for freedom, but he has a lot less blood on his hands then the Islamic Brotherhood, which has been funded by Middle Eastern oil wealth since the 1920's. In Neal's world (it should be noted that he's one of the brain-dead 41% that believe that Saddam was somehow behind 911) socialism and organized labor in Latin America is more of a threat then Islamic fundamentalism.

It looks like hundreds of new John Adams dollar coins are missing the absurd but mandatory inscription, "In God We Trust". Yes, it's a mistake and the people responsible will be dealt with severely no doubt. It's safe to assume they'll be sent to Gitmo and tortured ruthlessly by blood-thirsty evangelical Blackwater "security" goons drunk on Jesus, and fat with multi-gazillion dollar no-bid contracts. After a year or so of that they'll be boiled in a cauldron of piss while being forced to watch reruns of the O'Reilly Factor.

For the crime of un-Islamic behaviour, Zakia Zaki, the headmistress of a girls school, and owner of a private radio station in Afghanistan, was gunned down in her home. Seven shot's to the back, head, feet and chest. This happened 5 day's after another female reporter was murdered.
She had received warnings by local religious warlords to shut down the radio station or face the consequences.
Such brave, devout pious men of the book.

On a recent tour of Brazil our friend the Nazi Pope Benedict XVI warned all involved in the drug trade that, "God will call you to account for your deeds." That oughta do the trick.
If that's all it takes then maybe Pope Ratburger, can fly on a winged horse--unless that's a mode of transportation allowed only for Muslim prophets-- over to Asia and grapple with the opium dens there. They've only been in business for about 3000 years. If he can work his voodoo there it would surely be a miracle and he would no doubt become the first Nazi ever to reach the coveted title of Saint....More...http://www.anncoultersbastardson.blogspot....

Neocons and other agents of the fear mongering Right can fuss and fume all they want about Iran and the bomb, but the place to really look out for is Pakistan--home to Osama bin Laden and about a trillion of his followers. (Much thanks to Rummy's botched job in neighboring Afghanistan.)...more...http://www.anncoultersbastardson.blogspot....

It's true, those hard working guy's out there building our houses, picking our veggies, and pushing the lawn mowers are actually agents of Satan. This, according to Don Larsen, a Utah county District 65 Chairman.

That's right, Satan wants to destroy the US by loading it down with Mexicans.(Somehow Mexicans will destroy freedom and it's all in the scripture--just ask Don) The reason Satan wants to do this is to usher in--what else--the New World Order.

Yes, Mr. Larsen has recently submitted a formal resolution to oppose the devil's plan to destroy the country--this will all be discussed this weekend at the Utah County Republican Convention. BYOB?...more... http://www.anncoultersbastardson.blogspot.... /

Hypermilers are people that exceed the EPA estimated mpg's on their vehicles by altering their driving habits. I started doing this after reading an article about it in Mother Jones a few months ago. Before I started hypermiling, I was getting 43-53 mpg in my Prius. Now I'm getting anywhere from 56-69 mpg. You don't need a hybrid to do this, the guy in the MoJo article got 59mpg in a Honda Accord.
Instead of driving like a maniac I slow it down on the Interstate, 60-75 mph. I brake a lot less when cornering, and glide to red lights. I also creep through residential neighborhoods when nobody's behind me. It's a challenge every time I drive home from work to get at least into the mid 60's in mpg's. It takes a lot of concentration and discipline and it's kind of fun.
I was wondering if anyone else out knows how I can improve on my mpg's--any tips?

A Wal-Mart cargo container enters our country every 45 seconds, and only 5% get inspected for WMD's. Yes, and Wal-Mart wants to keep it that way. More...http://www.anncoultersbastardson.blogspot....

Since the country's most prestigious military hospital is plagued with decay, vermin, and mismanagement, I believe it's time to do a little more than just a touch up paint job. Sure, shit-canning the bum General running the place was nice but we can do better.
I suggest a corrective action a bit more radical:
Let's move the wounded soldiers into the homes of their enablers in the House, and Senate.
I see a long winding row of limos lining up at Walter Reed picking up the wounded vet's and dropping them off at the residences of every every single legislator that gave our draft-dodging, evangelical president the green light to bungle a war of choice in Iraq.
Of course they'll need live-in-nurses and a shuttle service when they need to go in for surgery, but how hard could that be to pull off? This will be expensive but if we can afford the $2 billion dollars a week we're spending in Iraq maiming them, then we can find it somewhere, some how in the budget to help them. It's for the troops after all.

Let the bastards have to vote on it.

Things are looking good for the suits over at Goldman Sachs. According to Charles Gaparino at CNBC about 50 executives will be receiving bonuses of 25 million or more:
http://www.cnbc.com/id/16076000/for/cnbc

Every year we get the same old corporate bonus story, the only thing that changes is the rising amount of filthy lucre being heaped upon these shits. The responses to these stories are all the same too. I could bring up the pay rates of school teachers, but that's been done to death. Or point out the minimum wage is still $5.15 an hour as it has been since the first Clinton admin, but most people don't get all worked up over that and it too has been done to often in response.

What I'd like to see in response to these pay raises is mobs of working folk pouring onto Wall Street with pitchforks and torches raising hell and tipping over limo's while the top tier paper shuffling moneygrubbers hide under their desks afraid to come down onto the street...
