Barack will be president in name only. The shots will be called from Wall Street, although Wall Street probably isn't quite the right location anymore. He will have no federal budget to do anything except pay the debt, pay the army, and pay social security and medicare, and those programs will be under constant pressure. There will be no healthcare program. There will be no energy initiative. There will be no tax relief for the middle class. There will be no help for college tuition.

They've completed their program. They drowned the remnants of the new deal in a punchbowl with a steaming turd in it.
