Cellphone cameras/videos!

It has made everything PUBLIC, "safer". I say they should put a forward looking camera on bluetooth earpieaces. With remote trigger. Silent, cheap, concealableish.

Make it happen.

Obama positions budget negotiations to his advantage. Suckers the opposition and triumphs, without using one thin dime of political capital.

HERE, I gave the Republicans all the analysis to face Obama they might need. Months in advance. But they aint too swift.

Obama is doing it again. He's got their numbers.

Obama is flat out sharp.

San Diego sheriff seeks probe in use of pepper spray at political event

According to people attending the fundraiser, the deputy began pulling on Barman's arm, despite pleas from her partner that she had just undergone surgery. People then surrounded Barman to prevent her from being arrested and one person held onto her leg to keep the deputy from taking her to his squad car.

The deputy called for backup and used pepper spray on the crowd. More deputies arrived. Barman was arrested for allegedly assaulting a deputy, and a second attendee, Pam Morgan, 62, of Rancho Santa Fe, was cited for obstructing an officer.

"There was no noise, there was no problem, these were middle-aged men and women talking very quietly," she said.

A former Cardiff school board member, Busby said some of the people at the fundraiser began choking from the pepper spray and needed help from paramedics.

"We need an investigation to make sure this never happens to anyone else," she said.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The man that complained about noise wanted to stop Dems from organizing. He shouted racial epithets from over the fence. It was a partisan attack on Busby.

As an aside, can you imagine how well an OWSer that sported an assault rifle would be respected by the cops?

Stop doing harm to unarmed, peaceful citizens. Everything else can be negotiated, just like this was a REAL democracy.

Not a chance. He is saying the same meme they use on Dems. The Feds are using the purse strings to get people to vote for them. Only he is using millionaires to further catapult the propaganda. They are only giving the money to make Fed Gov programs seem palateable. I have heard the same about means testing medicare etc. His clarification will be that the Feds should not give anyone monies. He will further claim that both the monies given to millionaires, and the poor are only a cynical ploy to keep their santa claus jobs.

Herman Cain, no matter if these allegations were not true, is nowhere near presidential. The wild accusations he flings, are an embarassment to the GOP.

So, now the american people are not of a mind to allow our election to be dominated by Hermies clearing his name. But he will insist, with all the racial Clarence moves. Maybe he will get Ann Coulter to represent him against Allred.

They are flailing. Hannity has had to obfuscate total defeat, on a grand scale. Mayhem.

What Cain did was assault. And I would like to know if he continued with any bodily movement when she objected. Such as pulling her head down.

This is NOT harassment. There is no yanking or shoving in harassment. To blur the line of harassment to include physical contact, and social and economic pressure and threats, is dangerous.

Folks, this is a sexual predator. If it is true. And I doubt it is doubtful. Not, a simple harasser.

Dear God, let it happen. The GOP will be branded for a decade.

http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/cutline/herman...

Herman Cain is considering a lawsuit against Politico over its explosive report this week about sexual harassment allegations against Cain while he was president of the National Restaurant Association in the 1990s.

Mark Block, Cain's campaign manager, confirmed a Washington Post report that the campaign may try to sue the media company.

"It is being discussed," Block said on Fox News Channel's America's Newsroom Friday morning when asked if Cain's team was considering legal action. "End of story." A representative for Politico did not immediately return a request for comment.

As The Ticket's Chris Moody points out, a lawsuit against Politico would be an uphill battle for Cain. "Public figures don't have a strong track record of beating news outlets in court," Moody wrote. "Cain's team would be required to prove that Politico's editorial hands knew the accusations in the report were false and that they published the material with intentional malice."

What I have heard noone talk about, is saying stop it. Men can still ask women out socially. They can tell a non pc joke. Etc. With care, and absolutely stopping when asked to, the first time. As a boss, you should exercise extreme care, and consider that it might not be permissible to your employer, or as usual, just plain ill advised.

But most importantly, stopping immediately, and not revisiting it, if asked. Using this method, folks such as Clarence, would not be brought before us as buffoons. The fact that they didnt pay attention to "stop it", makes them bullies. Maybe this is more important to our judgement of their characters than that they are RANDY.

The level of respect he had for those he considered his UNDERLINGS, surely will present itself when we all would be underlings, and not in a good way.

Do they pay in installments? Can you go to structured settlement lump sum shark, and then tell? Should society in the interest of transparency ban them? Can they gag criminal details? Can those be given indulgence, if important enough? Where are anonymous and wikileaks?

To believe that women of some worth and stature, would risk that for slight concurrent personal gain, to smear political opponents or bosses, is insane. This vein should be probed. It is not the Dems that would be charging Cain with sexual harrassment. And how would the Dems KNOW that Cain would run for president? It is a little like Obama's mamma sneaking her baby into america, so that he can run for pres. Farfetched. Crackpot.

What this says about women in general, is akin to the Beliefs of Italy. Women have too much sexual power, and must be threatened/trained not to wield it. Or they are evil. This is the result of making women incubators and maddonna/prostitutes.

Should women be blamed for not going the distance to public judgement, on shameful personal matters that will see them blackballed, or at least dragged thru the mud? Should those wielding financial and political power be able to squelch bad press with bribery?

I have some personal experience with this. I almost had to testify against a boss that grabbed a coworkers shorts late at night twice, after warning he would, ripping them and causing a torsion hernia to his testicles. They fired him for leaving the premises directly after. Then, they concocted that he was insane. I can tell you that the blackball repercussions of this will make ANYONE think twice about going forward.

The Republicans should be asked point blank whether the decision to prosecute a sexual harrasser is some kind of game to these women, or a principled stand? And to explain that in detail.
