Did/would you change your name upon getting married? Notice that for each type of answer, there is a "did" and a "would" (or "past" and "future," however you want to look at it) option, so choose carefully. Also, I just generalized and used the male pronoun when referring to the SO, but please don't let that discourage women in same-sex relationships.

It'd be great if you'd post what you put, too, just for giggles, but I won't require it.
