My wife has this one framed
a cheap, easily found balun (transformer) to attach the antenna to your converter box or TV. So far this is the best of the three I've tried for my situation. Here's a quick and dirty drawing of the folded Dipole I made. I based it on the plans given me by an engineer at a local TV station. This antenna can be laid on the floor behind your tv. Mine is in the basement and it works well. I pick up channels 18 through 56. On occasion I can get a distant station (67). I used a 7 ft bamboo pole, and attached the wire with duct tape.
and what should I look out for in the way of problems? Here's the connections on the TV
You will waste the day just going through all five volumes. The images are incredible, the text is informative, and at times a reminder of the colonial mentality (prejudices) of the times. Some are funny, though I don't think that was the plan. Mostly they are a window into our past. http://ian.macky.net/secretmuseum/index.ht... You really don't need to caption this. Please don't
In Safari under the "Window" menu you will see "Activity." Click it and a window will open. Look for the title of the video and look for the entry that is in mb's not KB's. Make sure it has finished loading. When done loading double click and it will download to your drive. As a test, go here and play this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UYZCtBfVFmo... Once it loads, look in your downloads for a file that is 3.9 mb. double click it. There should be a file named "get_video." Now go here: http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/19769... and download the app. It's free. Now open it and drop the get_video file in the window. One thing very important for videos, check the box "H.246 Encoding." If you don't you'd only get audio. I set mine to High Quality. that should do it.

Military necessity does not admit of cruelty--that is, the infliction of suffering for the sake of suffering or for revenge, nor of maiming or wounding except in fight, nor of torture to extort confessions. It does not admit of the use of poison in any way, nor of the wanton devastation of a district. It admits of deception, but disclaims acts of perfidy; and, in general, military necessity does not include any act of hostility which makes the return to peace unnecessarily difficult.
and veteran tried to ask Mitch McConnell about his support for bush's war? Well, ole Mitch didn't like that one bit. He contacted her home town of Paducah Kentucky and told them if they didn't fire her, he would withhold federal funds. She was fired. That put her and her family at risk. So much for Republican family values. Instead of crawling into a hole, she decided to get even. She has decided to run for congress. She is going up against "Exxon Ed" Whitfied. He has millions of dollars and the backing of Mitch McConnell. If you can, visit her site and watch her videos, and if you like what you hear, send her a bit of $$$ Love. http://www.ryanforkentucky.com / I saw her today at our state Democratic Convention in Lexington Ky. She's a good gal and a great Democrat. Keep this kicked
You don't need to amend the constitution, you just need to bully the people into silence.
Everybody's private conversations pass through that room. They may not be listening, but the thought that someone listens throttles free expression. It need not be seditious speech that gets cooled, but unguarded words spoken from the heart get tempered a bit by the unconscious. Confessions of weakness, bold ideas, and silliness will feel the cold water of that off chance that someone will hear or read what you want in confidence.
If you've done nothing wrong, you have nothing to worry about. True unless those who are listening have taken upon themselves to decide what is right or what is wrong.
We will become a nation of cowards without feeling the lash that has beaten the courage out of us.
The chart begins in the fifties. Most deep recessions happened during Republican rule. High unemployment also happens during republican rule. This will be in my journal for reference. Keep it kicked so other can access it. Down load it so you can put it in e-mails.
350 and got the good pockets I wanted. On a small part of the recipe I added some garlic, and Oregano to the dough. After the egg wash I added parmesan cheese to the top. I didn't have any seseme seed, but I will have some the next time. If you've ever hand pita with a generous coating of sesame seeds, you will know why I will make sure I will have them the next time.
Here's the recipe I found on the web.
Khobz, Whole Wheat Flat Bread

1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground sweet paprika
1 egg, lightly beaten Directions:

Last night I put a yogurt, cucumber, green onion , and dill salad in it. Black pepper is really good in this. It doesn't need much salt at all. Tonight it was a salmon salad. tomorrow homemade Hummus.
Home made pita is easy and so much better than that wimpy crap in the grocery store.
open source applications. Here's the site, check it out and if you are the adventurous type, down load it, but I would recommend bookmarking and monitoring it until it is more mature. http://techbase.kde.org/index.php?title=Pr...

Conservatism as practiced by Bush and his true believers is more about pulling back than going forward. We see them pulling back on science and replacing it with the convenient political theory of the day. We see them pulling back from religious freedom, only accepting those with similar interpretations of sacred text. We see them pulling back from the American Dream, reserving it only for the corporate aristocracy. We see them pulling back from education, replacing it with the familiarity of their fears and superstitions. We see them pulling back from Liberty, replacing it with the comfort of a narcissistic dictator who defines reality and what freedoms to grant to subjects.
One of the last great Republicans, Theodore Roosevelt said, "A great democracy must be progressive or it will soon cease to be great or a democracy."
