Instead, the fervor in the offices of the Deputy Ministry of Decolonization could only be felt in the Bolivia of President Evo Morales, who seems to be sailing toward a victory in an election on Sunday.

Looks like Evo is heading towards a serious landslide.

Well, I don't actually live in Arkansas, but it's easy enough to find an Ark. address using the online white pages. I sent her office an email via her senate.gov website. Americans ALL over the country need to let her know how important tomorrow's vote is. I did use my real name and email, so I'm OK with it!
