BPM is now a felon due to the following events in Southern California:
On October 12th I heard knocking at the door, so I go to answer it and see 3 sheriffs. They wanted to conduct a plant check on my medical marijuana grow, I said "wait here, let me go get my family" but like all crooked cops they couldn't wait 1 minute while I went to go get my mother. They basically invited themselves in, no warrant or anything. We agree to let them do a plant check (all of our plants are outside), so they come outside and look at our plants, we give them our medical license and they seemed pretty bummed that they couldn't bust us. However there plan had worked they'd gotten us outside and separated, while sheriff nosey walks in and rips apart our house. It was an illegal search and seizure all the way, as we did not give them permission to search our house and they had no warrant. Sheriff Nosey even goes as far as ripping apart my moms underwear drawer... So they find my weed, and I had a scale so I basically got it for sales of marijuana, however all the marijuana they took from me was my own personal stash and I didn't have any weed for sale. Cops are big fat fucking liars, it seems they lied to my parents a lot, even about how they handcuffed me.... Imagine all those little chubby baby faced assholes you went to school with. Now they're all grown up, injecting steroids, and overall feeling like they are invincible with a strong love for God, Guns, and acting tough. It seems like a pretty cozy job actually, you can walk around and flaunt power over others, be rude, do nothing but talk to other officers all day, all while a quarter of them are getting paid overtime. Just for them to process my release papers and release me took 8 fucking hours ! The officer just decided to go out for an hour and get starbucks, then come back and flaunt it in our faces. They love mind games... like waking everyone up at 4 am for breakfast, flaunting their freedom, jingling keys as they walk by etc, I could go on and on about the guards... One guard called me 'hippie' and was talking to me about how he liked to take shrooms, and I was like "AND I'M IN HERE !?" One good thing I can say is that jail was actually better than I had expected (still horrible though, ugh especially the food... BARF). There were some friendly people, and some people you can tell didn't belong at all and were on the receiving end of bad luck. I swear 80% of inmates are tweakers, I met an 18 year old who already had a collapsed vein from shooting up that nastiness. more at http://forums.joe.to/viewtopic.php?f=152&t... 1of8 http://www.vbs.tv/watch/the-vice-guide-to-...

for something to become radioactive it has to be unstable nucleus think of water which has hydrogen and oxygen water has stable hydrogen for it to become radioactive you have to add a neutron to the hydrogen to make deuterium which is unstable and is radioactive a neutron is 0.1 nm in size vs a photon which is infinitely smaller (it has no mass) the only possible way for gamma radiation to make a nucleus unstable is to knock out a neutron by exceeding the binding energy of the neutron hydrogen, which has the lowest binding energy for its neutron of all the elements, requires 2 million electron volts to lose its neutron the two isotopes used for food irradiation are cobalt 60 and cesium 137 the peak for co-60 is 1.3 Mev and for cs-137 the peak is 0.662 Mev so the gammas dont have enough energy to make anything radioactive

It is 2.5 hours from Green Bay

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discu... It would be nice if he heard from a few progressives! Specifically, when people propose more regulation in order to "protect" the little guy. The more I think about it, the more it becomes apparent that this is probably the worst thing you can do if that's your goal. The best thing you can do is have a free market.
As proof I offer the following video of a 1959 Chevy Bel-Air, built when corporations were able to build a solid vehicle without worrying about pollution controls or improving mileage by reducing vehicle weight, crashing head on into a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu. http://video.consumerreports.org/services/... The US projected life expectancy is in 30th place.
A newborn Japanese person can expect to live five years longer. American infants die at a rate twice that of Swedish children. The US has the highest failure rate at eliminating avoidable deaths. The US spends 200% more per person on health as other developed countries The 50,000,000 uninsured Americans pay higher rates for health care than insurance companies pay for the same treatments. The best solution is to provide universal coverage by extending the successful Medicare program to everyone. Americans would be richer by the remaining 40 percent of total health expenditures now eaten up by insurance company profits, misleading advertising, overpriced prescription drugs and the excessive need for emergency care caused by the lack of regular preventive care. Dr. Hendrik Van den Berg is a Professor of Economics and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. http://www.dailynebraskan.com/opinion/amer... Also; American Journal of Medicine & Harvard Medical School - 60 percent of personal bankruptcies in the United States involved medical bills - Health insurance appears to be useless when it is most needed. Twenty-five percent of insurance companies cancel coverage immediately when an individual covered suffers a disabling illness. Within a year, another twenty-five percent of insurers cancel coverage. Even with medical coverage, here are the average annual bills, out of pocket and after insurance payouts: Multiple sclerosis: $34,167 Diabetes: $26,971 Injuries: $25,096 Stroke: $23,380 Heart disease: $21,955 http://www.consumerismcommentary.com/2009/...

![]() If the insurance companies win, you lose. If reform passes without a choice of a public health insurance option, if insurers can keep denying care for pre-existing conditions, and if you can't afford health insurance, the insurance companies will keep making money while you will keep losing out. It's really that simple. We must fight back. Today, thousands of people across the country are taking the fight directly to the insurance companies. We'll be presenting them with a list of demands: Stop denying our care and stop using our premiums to lobby against health reform. Click here to fax your insurance company these demands. A copy will be sent to the Senate Finance Committee, who are debating the "Baucus Bill" today. For years the insurance companies have expanded their total stranglehold over health care. They make record profits. The make life-and-death decisions. And they're spending millions of dollars on campaign contributions and lobbyists to defeat reform - nearly $700,000 per day!1 That's your money they're spending to defeat health care reform and the choice of a public health insurance option. You're a customer and a person with a voice, so you can fight back. Click here to fax your demands to the insurance industry and join thousands who are doing the same thing today. We'll make sure your message gets to your insurer, your Members of Congress, and Members of the Senate Finance Committee, who are starting to work on the Baucus Bill - a bill that gives the insurance industry everything it wants.2 Thank you for fighting back against the insurance industry. Let's clog up their fax machines! Click here. With your help, we'll be the ones who will win. To your health, Levana Layendecker Health Care for America Now 1. The World Economic Forum released a stunning report yesterday that says the United States has fallen behind Switzerland as the most competitive economy in the world. The U.S. dropped from the top spot in the WEF report in part because of "concerns on the part of the business community about the government's ability to maintain arms-length relationships with the private sector, and in the perception that the government spends its resources wastefully." When you consider the government's intervention in the banks and auto industry and the proposed takeover of the health care and energy sectors, it's unfortunately not terribly surprising that government intrusion in the private sector led to the drop in rankings. This report has to be pretty embarrassing for America. We don't like to be in second place. It's time for a new economic approach that creates jobs, not bigger bureaucracy and more debt. It is interesting how Republican led financial policy of financial deregulation led to 1. the financial bubble, 2. the crisis under their watch and 3. the WEF down-rating. So then this GOP-Gingrich led group blames the down-rating on Obama's government intervention to mitigate the fallout (which has worked and saved millions of jobs). But if it worked or not had nothing to do with the reasons cited by the report and Reuters for the down-rating. The site Newt links to http://www.reuters.com/article/topNews/idU... for the WEF report clearly states that "economies with a large focus on financial services such as the U.S., Britain or Iceland were the losers of the crisis." and that "There are problems on the financial market that we were not aware of before. These countries (like the U.S. and Britain) are getting penalized now". The policy behind this website is as thin as Kleenex. Apparently Gingrich considers his constituents to be automatons that don't think independantly or ask critical questions. The site states that a better economic policy is presented here - http://www.americansolutions.com/jobsfirst / but there is nothing at all to address the concerns of the WEF, only more unfunded tax giveaways to the wealthy that grow the debt. If there ever was a Trojan horse in Washington to destroy Capitalism the GOP is it folks. I am not a writer so perhaps someone could please do a better job than me if you like but I found these quotes very interesting.
"Character, not circumstances, makes the man." Booker T. Washington Stick to your progressive liberal character when debating conservatives. Don't let your anger get your eyes off the goals and the agenda. Be the change you want to see. "If you want to lift yourself up, lift up someone else." Booker T. Washington If you are sincere in helping all Americans you can focus on how this will help them and they will stop seeing things as black or white. If you are helping the very person who is your opponent then at the very least they stop believing that you are just misguided but that you have an approach that should be considered. "You can't hold a man down without staying down with him." Booker T. Washington If you let your anger motivate you into tearing them down you have lost. "Don't expect to build up the weak by pulling down the strong." Booker T. Washington Higher taxes on the rich ultimately help the entire country by rebuilding the middle class and without expanding entitlements to corporations. Show them that there is a difference between helping people to work and providing for them so that they don't have to work. A drowning man who fights too hard can drown the person trying to help him. "I will permit no man to narrow and degrade my soul by making me hate him." Booker T. Washington Hatred just makes your opponent stronger or at the very least steadfastly maintains the status quo and we can't settle for that. ![]() http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Booker_T._Was... We are all the way back to the 1980s when Jim Hansen claimed soot was the cause of glacier melting. No shit. Black shit, albeido, melts away. New snow white more snow more soot back to melt in summer.
But this was not fair to developing nations because US already had the lowest Particulate levels in the developed world and had already passed legislation to reduce further. Then it was Greenhouse Gases as a whole, then focus on CO2, then Methane was the monster needing most direct curbing. Now with 2008 being a cool year we are back to Black. In case you do not know who James Hansen is he started with Carbon Black back in 1980s. It is getting colder, CO2 is still increasing, ice is thickening, and recovering with major increases and James Hansen is saying he saw it all along. Of course this could just be a brief respite. Even Jim chicken little the sky is falling shows it getting cooler. Look at his graphs and his solar irradiance references at the end of the presentation. He called people that quoted solar irradiance info in the past 10 years deniers. Again the media doesn’t report when the liars are proven wrong, talk double talk out of both sides of their mouths. http://www.columbia.edu/~jeh1/mailings/200... The fix is in. This is amazing stuff to watch unfold at the exact time legislation is being drafted and considered on Global Warming and now back stepping to Carbon Black. Back step. Back Step….. http://www.columbia.edu/~jeh1 / http://www.thebreakthrough.org/blog/2009/0... http://wattsupwiththat.com/2009/01/27/jame... / the fact is we don't have enough information to be making predictions as to 1 the cause of global warming 2 the amount of global warming we will have in the next 50 years how can Obama make sound climate policy if the models show the data we have is not accurate enough? we need better information to make sensible policy about the only thing we have a consensus on is that those glaciers melted because of soot not CO2
