They may not feel too self-satisfied or secure walking outside the bank because of the protesters they might see.
I'd rather manipulate them from a different direction. I choose to promote an environment where they get no rest, no peace, and no relief from the protesters inside the bank, either.
It's easy for them to sneer at the protesters outside, scoffing that they don't understand or they need a bath or they should go get a job or they don't know what they're talking about. It's harder when you're looking at one of your longtime clients - whom every teller knows by name and who's maintained one or more accounts, or might even be one of what they call their "high-value" account holders, as I've heard some of the VERY wealthy customers at that particular bank branch described (which I'm not but if I had weight to throw around, I WOULD!!!!). You're taken a lot more seriously if you're perceived to be on the inside - or if they think you're one of them.
