I, too, heard about the available acreage and so it must have been discussed by those more in the know than I am. It would probably be pretty expensive just because of the proximaty to the holy pig farm. There would probably be a bidding war if there was a chance of a anti-faux-potus person known to be an interested party. It would almost be worth it to get some rich repug to waste his money on a piece of land there which will be just ranchland when the poser leaves and retires to a different playground.

It would be nice to have a little more land there, but it is not really necessary. The fellow who owns the acre also has some other range land that he had leased out, and maybe he will be able to free up some of that for camping. There is a nice place in Crawford, where some people camped.
