Answer the following questions:

1. At what point does a USA government official become 'above the law' (national and international)?

2. Does being 'above the law' extend to only USA President/Vice President?

3. Are Secretarial Department heads also 'above the law?' How far down the chain of command does being above the law extend?

4. Do you feel free to travel outside of USA and expect to be immune to prosecution?

5. When arrested overseas, do 'above the law' USA government officials have the right to use international law in their defense?

6. Is it naive to believe the RepublicanT Party will extend the 'above the law' immunity to Mr Obama and Mr Biden after they leave office?

I will be 61 years old on my next birthday. Does any one really think I will make a 'connection' with the younger generation? (Hint: I don't)

So why all this old nostalgia for the 'good ol' days of the 'founding fathers'?? The joker wearing the buckskin clothes and tri-corner hat may be picturesque but is irrelevant.

Look the issues facing the people today are _NOT_ the issues being addressed by the establishment RepublicanT party. Really? who cares what a bunch of very dead old white men thought two hundred years ago? (Hint: I don't) Their problems were fixed a long time ago.

The problems we face today are complex but simple to fix (they really are). I will say this; if the system is not willing to fix the problems that the people face, the people will fix the system so that the problems are fixed for the people.

Is it too early to predict the upcoming riots in USA? Given how hard Murdoch Media is pushing for the outbreak of violence and riot in USA, is it reasonable to predict when the rioting starts?


Will any one be surprised to learn Murdoch Media has hired people to cause riots in USA!?

Raise the national debt ceiling.

Thank you for your letter of 25 July 2011. “We have reached a tipping point in our country’s financial future, and we need the president to step up and lead.”

USA is not going broke. What is broke, is the political gamesmanship over raising the national debt. Really Congressman? You say Social Security is an unfunded obligation and associated with the nation’s debt ceiling?! Really? Shame on you sir. SS is fully funded by moneys withheld from the payers income, and you know it.

“Social Security isn’t responsible for the federal deficit. Just the opposite. Until last year Social Security took in more payroll taxes than it paid out in benefits. It lent the surpluses to the rest of the government.

Now that Social Security has started to pay out more than it takes in, Social Security can simply collect what the rest of the government owes it. This will keep it fully solvent for the next 26 years.”

Your willingness to put at risk ‘the full faith and credit’ of USA for the sake of political gain is unconscionable It is time for you to vote to raise the national debt ceiling. The needs of the nation, Virginia, and the 10th District come _before_ your political party.

Where are the jobs?

The Constitution of USA directs and limits the actions of government by stated and implied powers. It does not prohibit the governments from acting in areas not directly mentioned in the Constitution. The people's governments of USA may act in ways the people deem appropriate unless the action is specifically prohibited.

It is a question of governance. Governing does not require written directives to act.

Winchester hosts three different museums offering different time span history. All within walking distance.

Washington's pre-colony headquarters building, 'Stonewall' Jackson's civil war headquarters, and Abrams Delight early life museum.

The Handley Library is is worth a visit just for its architecture. The library is the jewel of the valley.

This cannot be allowed to stand. The truth is seeping out and it must be stopped. The ‘Rachel Maddow Show’ is one of the few remaining thought-provoking media platforms on the airways/internet today! The ‘Rachel Maddow Show’ represents a threat to political kabuki theater that is Washington D.C.

Friday’s (22 April 2011) show is an example of the quality of the show’s ability to put things in prospective. Her discussion with Matt Miller, “Why isn’t the progressive budget plan on the table?” is outstanding. If anything captures the frustration of ‘the ‘rest of us’ it is how the establishment corporate media are not even pretending to act as ‘honest brokers’ to truth.

Keep firing Rachel. The beltway media does not cover ‘Liberals/Progressives.’ How can the house of cards that is Washington D.C. be expected to withstand this wind of truth howling across the vast emptiness of the corporate media.

I hope the ‘Rachel Maddow Show’ is allowed to remain on the air. But I am not optimistic the establishment will tolerate the truth telling much longer.

The big game is coming up. The Fox Network 2012 Presidential Primary is in full swing. The Republicant Party is desperate for for a serious 'adult' candidate to appear to lead them to victory against liberals, progressives, socialists and commoners.

One tack the way-funny wacky right like to take is the 'birth certificate' issue. This goes along like "Mr Obama cannot be President because he does not show a birth certificate." For the benefit of these knuckle-dragging yahoos, you gotta know you are going about it all the wrong way.

Mrs Obama (the mother) was a natural born citizen of USA when she gave birth to her son in Hawaii in 1961 (provable fact, not in dispute!). This alone makes this whole line of discussion bogus.

Do not despair oh gradumacates of the Republicant Party Skool Of Konstitution And Komedy, I offer the following.

(I am really afraid to use the following because one can rest assured these jabronies will try to use it.)

Let us return the Constitution:

Article. II.

Section. 1.

"No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President;"

Can not this clause be glennda-beck-understood to mean the 'founding fathers' make it crystal clear, _only_ natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, _at_the_time_ of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President? The Constitution was adopted in September 1787.

So by Mr Obama's own admission that he was born in 1961 (after 1787), he is not eligible to the Office of President.

Poof. Problem solved, Mr Obama is not President!. Declare victory. Move on, and you are welcome.

Arlington National Cemetery is a serene center in a chaotic world. Not much disturbs the final resting places of its residents. But in the end, nature rules all, as it should be.
