Cheney stating that if the president does something then it is no longer illegal, and the big one where he is not part of the executive branch of our government. They need to go back the last 7 years and whatever funding was given to the VP's office is to be returned within 30 days in full. Otherwise, since Cheney says that they are not part of the Executive Branch, then he knowingly took monies that had been allocated for the Executive Branch, and, therefore, is a thief.
