If John McCain is honest with himself when he looks back on the failures of this campaign, I suspect he'll be particularly tormented by how many of them were self-inflicted, unforced errors.

I missed this show when it broadcast live on Friday but just caught the rerun. Tim Kaine is an absolute star. If the Democratic Party is sitting with guys like this on the bench, then we are in very good shape indeed.

I am saddened and disappointed to see all the criticism of McCain's selection of Sarah Palin to be his running mate. Don't forget, even though he's reluctant to discuss it, John McCain once spent five and a half years in a place where there were no vice-presidential candidates...
