Robert Gates is giving the president his daily briefing. He concludes by saying: "Yesterday, 3 Brazilian soldiers were killed."

"OH NO!" the President exclaims. "That's terrible!"

You can gladly have your opinion, and post it here. It's a big bulletin board.

If you want to have a meely-mouthed, apologetic, spineless twit speak for you, that is your prerogative. Perhaps you should form your own politcal party and draft a Wally Cox clone to head it for you. Or maybe Tom Daschle. 'twould be swell.

However, for those of us who don't agree - This is how I feel.

I have had fucking ENOUGH of spineless Democrats. I want my leaders to have a big pair. So big he or she walks bow-legged. Not some milquetoast dimwit who apologizes when he flubs the line of a joke when it was taken the wrong way. A joke that wasn't even insulting to anyone when he flubbed it.

If you think an apology will make this all go away, and restore dignity, then fine. You are welcome to your opinion. But pick up your schedule for your tie-dye class and macrame workshop on the way out of the door. And don't forget to review the lyrics for 'Kumbaya' so you can all sing them in harmony and sound nice.

The rest of us are gonna stay here and fight for what's right.

(Edited for bad grammar.)
