Well, Bill, just relax now. She apparently hit that percentage. You have done your job well, keeping things stirred up here in the state.

Now you get to do it some more. You get more chances to threaten that blood will be all over the floor in Denver. I never saw anyone as obsessed with spilling blood.

First time you threatened it in early April. There is even a video of your saying it.

I believe your exact words in the video were "blood all over the floor."

U.S Senator Bill Nelson (D) Fla., spoke about a number of issues facing Floridians today. At his office in West palm Beach, Senator Nelson discussed a possible solution for the democratic delegate issue – and voiced concern that if something wasn’t done soon to reach a compromise there could be “blood on the floor” in Denver during this year’s Democratic Convention.

Today you promised again that blood would be on the floor of the convention.

From PBS today:

Florida Awaits Primary Results

TAMPA (2008-04-22) The Pennsylvania Primary may determine whether Florida's delegation gets to participate in the Democratic National Convention this August. If the race is close and the Democratic presidential contest continues, it may prolong seating Florida's delegation.

U.S. Senator Bill Nelson is a Florida super delegate who supports Sen. Hillary Clinton for president. He was asked what a narrow win for her would mean in Pennsylvania.

It's probably that it's over. If it's a big win, she's all the way to the convention, says Nelson. He defines a big win as 7 percent or more and a narrow win as 4 percent or less.

If the Democratic race is contested up to the convention, Nelson predicts, There will be blood on the floor. His theory if delegates from Florida and Michigan are not seated, it will be unlikely voters will support a Democratic nominee.

Nelson declined to say if he would ask Clinton to bow out if her Pennsylvania victory is not overwhelming.

Also this week you lashed out at the DNC and Dean again. I guess this is the way it will be all the way to the convention.

Senator Nelson lashes out at DNC

I never expected these actions and behavior from my state, my senator, my representatives...nor did I expect it from the Clintons. I thought they would be better than that.

Your threats of blood are wearying me. Also that is your second threat to Howard Dean that Floridians will not vote for a Democrat if they don't get their way. That doesn't sound like a very reliable stance for a Democratic senator.

Sen. Bill Nelson (D-Fla.) warned the Democratic National Committee (DNC) Thursday that it is facing the “biggest train wreck you’ve ever seen” if a standoff is not resolved over his state’s pledged delegates to the party’s presidential nominating convention.

“If they go to the Democratic Convention and stiff-arm the Florida delegations, how in the world do you think Floridians are going to support the Democratic nominee on Nov. 4?” Nelson told reporters Thursday. “It’s in everybody’s interest to find a solution to this problem.”

A Democratic senator putting his loyalty to his candidate above his party and his country, and using vitriolic language toward the chairman. Something is really wrong.
