Only one Republican remains in the Montgomery County Delegatgation, of the General Assembly. Del Cryor, might be liked by some democrats in Annapolis but it's my understanding from being apart of the political scene for as long as I have, they only agree with her so the party line continues to be towed. Del Cryor has been linked to Gov Erlich on more then one occasion not solely because they apart apart of te same party, but recently because Del Cryor may end up being tapped for Gov Erlich's Lieutenant governor position. the District that Del Cryor represents has seen a dynamic shift in new residents, and current residents coming to the harsh realization that Del Cryor is not the right Delegate to represent them. I ask you my fellow DU constituents to take a look at Craig Rice (www.riceformaryland.com ), he is challenging Del Cryor is the primary, and has a solid chance in unseating her, and making Montgomery County solid blue in the General Assembly.
