I wanted to get down there early,it was chilly, people were in great spirits. The BPD was calm and collective. At this point, the city of Boston has not issued a permit, but this is "tolerated". They have a stock of food and water. Some people have come by offering to do laundry and make sure things are OK. They have an Aid Tent and they are determined.         |
