Local 23 sends International UAW Packing!

GM Stamping Plant Local 23 workers have a contract which says they keep their wages at the same level if the plant is sold. They've voted overwhelmingly not to reopen their contract. The UAW bureaucracy went ahead and renegotiated their contract, and then called a meeting at Local 23's hall. This is what happened.
