He gets to look noble by making a priority of reorganizing his personal life and character (and hopefully avoid a divorce settlement)...while the PGA's revenues circle the drain, just like the NBA's did when Michael Jordan (finally) retired. You see, Tiger is a super DUPER star, the kind who bring in non-sports fans (and their money). And like the NBA, the PGA has been cashing in on their one-man franchise for so long they've become just plain addicted. By this time next year, they and Nike will be BEGGING him to make a comeback.  rocktivity |
