This morning I had an appointment with Comcast. The appt was supposed to have been cancelled, and when trying to verify this, the first thing you hear after welcome to comcast, is---To hear this message in English, press one. I am so sick and tired of this BS...

I called Comcast and sternly complained about this...Does this bother anyone but me? If America has English as it's official language, why should we have to press one to hear the automation recordings in our Country's language. And if you don't press one, why does it automatically default to Spanish?

Am I the only one who is bothered by this? Any suggestions about what we can collectively do to change this behavior?
I love my broadband.....

According to mormonism, direct authority from the Lord was given to Joseph Smith when the mormon religion was founded.
It is the premise of the entire religion. According to mormonism, only those holding the priesthood in the mormon faith and those women who follow those men, are in compliance with the wishes of the Lord and consequently will be the only ones reaping the rewards of the celestial kingdom. I wonder why people don't bring up this during the debates and in other forums? We need more dialog about this in the public arena IMHO.

if georgie porgie follows his normal course of action, we will be hearing of another 25,000 man surge needed now for the green zone. After all, this is the more important part of Iraq. All the nation's business and financial interests are conducted there.....IMHO, I won't be surprised at all.

I just got back from taking the Red Eye to NYC and it was fast and easy going with the jet stream. Jet Blue even has a 38channel Direct TV cable hookup. I was surprised. And, no I wasn't on the no fly list.....Was kind of worried about it though, as I had been boycotting the airways since 911 (until now, when I had no choice but to fly).

Ok, the frozen embryos (all 400,000+ of them) get destroyed…According the Christianity, does the embryo have a soul? If so, to heaven they go…! Right? And if the embryos are used for stem cell research, the embryo basically dies, thusly to heaven it goes too, right. SO WHAT’S THE BIG FUCKING DEAL????

Can anyone enlighten me on this, cause I must be missing the boat here.

blow off...The sheer frustration with the goings on everywhere in the world and our seeming inability to do anything about it could be offset if our own government and beloved Country were functioning at an acceptable level; but, to have this repuke stranglehold on our civil rights, failing economy, lack of port and boarder security, the deficit, and on and on and on and on.....means our Country can really offer nothing to the dangerous world situations other than fuel for the fire... This is unacceptable. We should not be part of the problem, rather part of the solution...

I'm so pissed off and frustrated.

It happened in our family (to my aunt and uncle, their only child) and my aunt was never the same, consequently, nothing was ever the same. So, so sad...

gesture. I've been thinking about it. I would fly it upside down every day, except I live in Utah and don't want the negative consequences it would surely bring upon my household....(only females)

But the 4th of July this year, maybe.

Wish me luck!

georgie porgie and his minions.....the families, ours and the Iraqi's, I pray for them all. The men and women over there are paying heavy prices for this administration's antics...
I'd like to think I understand what's going on; until I see something like this HBO special and realize I understand almost nothing about the true realities on the ground.
