The people's choice to run against Ahnold was Westly - he was articulate and had some charisma, something needed if you are taking on a Hollywood star. But Angelides was a fish out of water, when pushed into a spot requiring he have some demonstrable something - and of course he lost. Thanks Di!

And who is it that Obama says he wants to deal with the most after the Victory that came to him from an electorate who has 40% of its people voting more or less independent of the Big Two Parties? Does he seek out the progressives? Does he seek out the fiscally conservative?

No, he seeks out the Old Guard, Corrupt as Hell, Repuglicans.

Thus he installs Geithner and Bernanke. And thus we have Geithner and Bernanke looting our economy. Well it is past tense looting - over the weekend the new Big Lie Meme came out. The Meme that replaces "Weapons of Mass Destruction."

This Meme says the "Recession is over" and the Real People are back in the Pink, swinging deals and having fun on Wall Street.

Never mind that the people that made this limited recovery possible won't have anything resembling our former lives for the next twenty years, and should hyper inflation hit in two or three years, we won't have that then. Instead, we may well be facing empty shelves, if there even are stores open.

And why is this Big Lie being told? Watch Corporate TV for two hours,not the cable channels, but the channels that run the news. You'll see that every other commercial is for credit cards.

Think about that. At a point in time when most people cannot add another credit card to their account, every ad is for Credit Cards? Why is this advertising dollar being spent?

These ads exist precisely because this advertising dollar ensures that the card issuers - Chase, Bank of America, Citi etc can control the news. Why would M$M news come out for the recovery that is for Wall Street only at the expense of Main Street, thus risking alienating most of its viewers, unless the ad money paid them to?
