Suzanne SummersIn the wake of a devastating fire that destroyed her Malibu home, Suzanne Somers maintains a positive attitude.

In a statement to TMZ issued by her rep, Suzanne says, "My nature is to look at the glass half full. I don't have a son or daughter in Iraq. I haven't lost a loved one. We will rebuild, and I truly believe we will learn something great from this experience."

Suzanne and her husband were not in Malibu during the blaze.

My Thoughts
Think about what you are saying when you post. Think about the fact that this is Democratic Underground. Regardless of your individual opinions there is one thing for which we must stand united. WE MUST WIN IN NOVEMBER 2006.

The Chihuahua Herd News
Well I will be down to 3 Chihuahua's tomorrow. Tyra is going back to the shelter. I'm sure she will be adopted before the end of the week.
She's a sweetie but sort of neurotic. She'll need very patient caring owners. God speed Tyra. God speed. You'll always have a home with me.
My Weekly Journal
I'm in Houston. It is my last week. I'm soooo exicted. I didn't really like Houston but then again I didn't really give it a chance. This week I'm staying @ the Ommni. It is a great hotel and our corporate rate is FANTASTIC!

My next assignment is in the Chicagoland area. There's nothing like Chicago in the Spring and early Summer. Look out Chi-Town here I fuckin' come!
